Gerber Collision & Glass PA, Fogelsville

Once my normal mechanic got under my vehicle after it was repaired, they had some voice observations regarding poor workmanship. In addition to the numerous issues with the work that they did, for some reason I cannot possibly fathom, they replaced one lug nut on each tire with a locking lug nut, and never notified us of doing that, nor gave us a key. I’m currently sitting in a parking lot where I went to change my wife’s flat tire, and can’t get the wheel off, and meanwhile there’s a storm coming in. Thank you, Gerber. Truly unbelievable.

We used them before no problems. Tiffany was great but whoever this Mark person is not attentive to customer concerns. My son rear ended in an accident and everything else was replaced however his wing was damaged from gerber. I called many times to speak to him and he hasn’t called back. Numerous people left a message for him and nothing still. Guess he didn’t want to admit they sent my car back not properly fixed because he thought he my 17 year old wouldn’t do much. I’m disappointed in the tech/ mechanic management. Now there’s an attorney involved. I won’t be using them again and I am going to mention that to my insurance. Update: 10-5 Robert was kind enough to call and review everything after the initial review I had given. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy he has provided for myself and son. I am glad we were able to resolve the concerns. I changed my rating back to a 5 because of the willingness to rectify the concerns.

Absolute garage business. They had the car three times and each time was a nightmare. “Repaired” it with chipped paint and the bumper wasn’t lined up. We left and then noticed the AC wasn’t working after they said it was fixed. Took it back and they said they couldn’t see what the issue was and we had to send it to the dealer to see if it was accident related. We got a call back from the dealer (who laughed) and said Gerber never put freon in the AC after the repair. Total joke of a business. I won’t even mention the mess they left inside the car. Avoid this place at all cost!

Did some body work on our van. Well done, but our driver's side mirror didn't function properly after repair. Not to worry, they were able to get part & replace within 2 weeks. But QC before delivery should have caught this. Tiffany was excellent at expediting the repair & keeping me updated!

Very responsive and communicate well. My Rav 4 looks brand new again! Excellent work.

My original review would have been 1 star since they called to tell me my car was finished, but in reality it wasn't, and communications where not great. However, they went out of their way to rectify the situation and made sure I was aware of everything happening. The finished work was done well and the color match is almost perfect. UPDATE: I've changed my rating to a 1 star. When washing our vehicle for the first time since we got it back we realized that the front bumper was completely coated in overspray!!! The damage to our vehicle was on the back end, so obviously they didnt bother properly covering the vehicle when it was in the shop. This is totally unacceptable on any vehicle let alone on a $60,000 car with 10,000 miles on it!!! Very unprofessional.

Did an amazing job with communicating about my car and the progress they were making with it. The passenger side front end had to be repaired and they did an excellent job ensuring everything was fixed properly! Highly recommend this place for all your repair needs!

We just had my wife's car at Gerber in Fogelsville. There were some dents to be repaired and painting to be matched and applied. I must say, they did an outstanding job!!! This was a metallic paint that could be tricky to match, but you cannot even tell anything had been done, no matter how hard you look. It looks brand new in both locations. In addition, right from the start, everyone there was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and accommodating to our needs. I wish I could figure a way to give them an even higher recommendation! (By the way, this is the second vehicle of mine that they have done such a good job with!)

My family has been going to this place for years and they are awesome! Quick service, very friendly staff, and excellent repairs. Very very satisfied customer. Tiffany, specifically, is super courteous and was willing to stay past closing to wait for us to pick up our car. Highly recommend!

I went for an estimation on my car, on the WRONG day, but they took the time to look at my car anyway. They are so sweet and accommodating there. I highly recommend this company for all your Collision problems.
