Wright- Patt credit union is our credit union in Dayton. It's the best.

I’m a huge fan of Wright-Patt Credit Unions. This is generally the most crowded location; however, this location houses actual tellers and not the virtual tellers. Despite the traffic, the service is great and the staff are very friendly.

I hate to say negative things in reviews, but they have awful Customer Service. Why do they always only have one teller at the drive thru at lunch time on a Friday? Their policies are just as sleazy as most banks. I have been banking with then since 2010 and they still find ways to screw a person over. Time to find a new place to bank.

This banks ATM is REDICULOUS!! So slow, 15, 20 minutes just for a couple cars to go in front of you!! Tetrible!!

This member center is one of my top 3 "go to" coin deposits. When you have high volume charity coins to deposit monthly this member center is very accommodating. Each and every employee I have encountered at this location was friendly, helpful and professional. One lady even offered me the use of their cart to bring my bags in from the car. That made my day.

Hailey comes off like she racially profiles people because I can walk in bank alone and she'll give no problem. But let me walk in as an interracial couple or a mother of mixed kids. Promise it's some sort of problem with the transaction I come to make

Had my account for over 5 years. Never over drafted or had any issues. Everytime I’ve called to speak with someone they’re so rude. Like their day has been so terrible already. When I go above and beyond and I’m happy and pleasant, no need to be rude like you hate the world. Going to close my account after I open a new one. WPCU is definitely NOT FOR THE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID and to think I called just to get a replacement card as mine was expiring soon.

Update: March 11, 2022 I deleted my double post about just how fantastic Wright Patt is! I had a dispute today and Marcus was OMYGOODNESS super kind and helpful! Sometimes companies don't understand what "cancelling" your accout with them! Thankful Wright Patt ALWAYS has my back! While i find the tellers very helpful when i visit the branch the loan dept. acts as if i am a small fish that don't deserve their loan . I have ran a lot of money through their institution and being denied a loan on a new truck is unacceptable especially since i have paid my current truck payment without missing a beat for the last four years. This loan would have been paid by automatic withdrawal with little to no risk . They have made it clear to me that they do not want my business.

I still can't deposit cash in their ATM (acts like it's going to work and then spits everything out at the last second) but otherwise I've enjoyed their service.
