I understand that time is money, but there seemed to be a few times that the cart was being placed before the cart. To have a check-off list might benefit Polaris and their customers. I was informed that I benefited because Polaris selected a lessor interest rate than they could have. This had something to do with owning a modular home vs a stick built home. Another issue in dealing with the home owners insurance. Polaris contacted the insurance company and informed the insurance company that the insurance would need to increase do to the loan amount. The insurance company took it that things were ready to progress and a close date was on schedule. There was no schedule date to close yet, we had another process that needed to be completed before there would be a close date. I know that I was considering to stop everything and contact someone else to look at refinancing. Granted I would have had to start this process all over again. Most if not all customers need the guidance and direction from you guys. When the flow does not go in order, trust starts to go away. Again, I would recommend a flow sheet or check off sheet that you guys would follow and as unusual things happen, modify the flow sheet to include these and can inform the customer of the possibility. All and all, I do feel things went pretty well. If I had a question or issue, someone was always available to answer my questions.

Ray Behymer worked diligently to refinance our mortgage and was a great communicating every step of the way.. There were many challenges to overcome and with Ray's help we succeeded.

This has been a horrific experience. Calling and leaving a message each and every time and not being called back or responding. In the beginning the person I work with seem to care but as soon as it's seeming that I was vested in getting a refinance they were almost impossible to catch up with very difficult to talk to and this is an experience that I hope I never have to go through ever again . Part of his staff was very unprofessional and argumentative towards me and it seemed as if I was like the first client because they struggle in getting things to accomplish and complete it and although the process is now complete I am now just finishing receiving my funds because of the numerous mistakes and careless mistakes that they made.

Ray has been extremely helpful from the very beginning. I didn't know it would be so easy to refinance. To be able to pay all our bills at our age, Is a blessing. Thank you again.

With the housing market change, we considered a refinance but had been discouraged to do so by our current lender. Polaris was willing to work with us, and more so gave us a better offer than we had found elsewhere. I spoke with Brandon and Dondi, who were very helpful and patient every step of the way. Brandon was very down to earth and was always willing to answer every question. Dondi was efficient, guided us on all the paper work, and worked hard to get our closing date as soon as possible for us. If your looking to refinance your mortgage Polaris has to be your first call. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Polaris - honest, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough; the list goes on forever... They made my refinance process smooth and easy. True professionals at what they do. I originally had tried to do a refinance with the well known mortgage company that held my mortgage. I had made on time payments to them for 10 years, but after 4 months of trying to refinance the frustrations of sending them paperwork over and over, and having to contact them to find out what was going on, because they would not reach out to me (unless they needed paperwork that I had probably already sent them) I still could not get a closing date from them. I made 1 call to Polaris and they not only beat the rate I was trying to refinance at, but closed the loan within weeks. Simply amazing.
