Went to Day Air to set up a business account. From the very second I started to communicate with Day Air I got responsive times. The day of the appointment I was not disappointed. I was scheduled to Donna. She was extremely helpful and very inviting! Walked me through the set up and helped me better understand the account and everything else that comes with it! Best experience I've had with a bank in a long time!

My dealings with Day Air Credit Union are always pleasant,to the point and all your tellers are knowledgeable about whatever issues i am inquiring about. I have in quite a few States and DACU is the friendliest most competent Credit Union/ Bank I appreciate and you mean “take care of the customer’s needs. I thank you for everything you do for me. I've been a member here since 1981. I have had accounts with other banks in the past, but none have compared to the service of Day Air. Rarely have I ever had a concern and when I did, it was taken care of swiftly and typically without much stress. I see many different faces working whenever I enter the branch but they are all friendly and courteous, and many of the representatives remember me, which makes the experience that much better.

I can honestly say I’ve never had a negative experience while banking with Day Air, the service they provide is top notch! I was having trouble with a refund from a company and Eli from Day Air was extremely helpful getting the situation resolved, he even joined a three way call with me and a member from the company that took him over his scheduled work hours, I am very thankful for his help and definitely will stay with Day Air for all my banking needs!

I came to Day air for a mortgage consultation and I couldn't be happier with the service. The consultant I spoke with, Spencer French, was extremely knowledgeable and helped walk me through everything. I'm a first time home buyer and he was able to talk through the whole home buying process, not just the mortgage side of things, and that was very reassuring. He was very patient and made time to answer all of my questions. Even the dumb ones. Thanks Spencer!

I could not appreciate Day Air Credit Union more. The people that work here have hearts of gold. Always willing and able to assist when and where they can. During covid and the lockdowns Day Air went above and beyond helping me stay current on my kind with them. Aimee in loans department is a sweetheart and helped me just today again. I can not give Day Air the praise they deserve. If you need a place to work with in banking this is by far and away your place to be.

I couldn’t have been served any better … exceeded my expectations. Alayna noticed an issue with my account (ability to transfer funds from DayAir to another financial institution) before I fully explain my situation. She immediately corrected the issue and assigned a more meaningful transfer account name. She was very pleasant and professional. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Chad Gwinn in the loan department is a pleasure to work with. He got me a great rate on refinancing my vehicle, as well as a home equity loan to do some upgrades. You will never get these great service at a bank. Thanks Chad and the Dayair team.

As far as I am concerned DayAir Credit is a great place. My credit at the time I need a loan for a car was not the greatest. DayAir took a chance on My self. Along the way a couple of money problems came up like with a lot of people and DayAir understood and worked with me to help get thru them. I would reccemend them to any one. To Me they are a five star credit union. Thank You ever so much for your help and support.

I went and got a new debit card today. I was able to use it at the store and also was able to use it online to pay my electric bill. But now I'm getting messages saying the bank won't allow me to use MY card that is able to use MY MONEY to pay my phone bill, it won't let me pay for anything on my Google account, and it won't let me add it to my ROKU account. I'm not happy about this at all.

The wife and I went into Day Air to discuss our checking/savings privately. We waited about 15 minutes to speak to a representative who happened to be the manager. All I have to say is I've never been treated so poorly in a bank my entire life. The arrogance, smart aleck comments, and unprofessionalism made me cancel my accounts and draw all my money out! I definitely will not be doing any financing, banking, or business in a place that treats customers in a rude inconsiderate way.

The young lady who assisted me was so pleasant and so kind very professional it's nice to see the young people have this kind of a ability, I think her name was Alexa but she was really professional and she was able to help me out tremendously appreciate Day Air for the quality of people that they have working In that company.

Awesome customer service! Any time I have an issue, they have 100% taken care of my problem. I love being a member of this small bank chain!

I have banked with DayAir since I was old enough to get a bank account and they have always been wonderful. Even so that when I moved to Florida, I continued to use them with the online and mobile banking. I have never had any issue they can’t handle remotely and they’re always quick to help in any way. The new member benefits they’ve rolled out are always great. I love my credit union!

There are good people in this world and thankfully they are employed at DACU. 2nd edit: At noon today, I applied on line to refinance my car loan. Better than a bank because, not only are the rates great, the relationship is different, that's what happens when you have ownership in something, it works for you, not against you.

I had an issue with online banking, in which I needed to set up two new accounts online and link them with a third account. Skyler was extremely patient and helpful as I set up usernames and passwords. I got them switched up so she had to start over. I appreciate all her efforts to get me and my accounts straightened out! Great customer service!

My husband and I have been members at Day Air since around 2005. I was a member over 25 years ago in college as they helped me purchase my first vehicle. Day Air facilitated our adoption process with professional and a very personal touch. We traveled to China in 2007 to adopt our amazing daughter who is now 15! We could not have done it without DayAir. There were so many emotions and stressors and they took away a big one, the financial stress. This is why we have stayed with them through the years. Every single time I phone my local branch (Wilmington Pike) I am so pleased with the courtesy, friendliness and efficiency each person who answers has always given me. Thank you DayAir! Keep in up! And to Skylar who I just got off the phone with, you were just another reminder why we choose this Credit Union. I would not bank anywhere else in Kettering/Dayton area. Jill Williamson was so helpful in setting up bank accounts for our boys! She made the process quick, smooth, and seamless and answered all of our questions. I love Banking at Day Air Credit Union. The problem I had was my debit card had to be replaced due to fraud activity on my card. I went into the Credit Union on Monday morning and was greeted by a professional friendly teller. She took care of my problem within minutes and my card was replaced by the next morning. I have always had good experiences at Day Air and have never had a bad one and will always bank at Day Air.

I have been with dayair for 30plus years I really enjoy dealing with this credit union you can get savings checking and life insurance 1000 every member receives this amount. Overall they are the best.

I had to do shared banking from Stanton, Ky to our bank at Day Air. I called and had a wonderful experience with the help of Alayna. She walked me through it all and stayed on the phone with me as I conducted my business. This is why we keep Day Air credit union as our bank even while living in Ky.

Day Air helped me get the car I wanted back in July of 2021. I would highly recommend Day Air if you are looking for financer when purchasing a car or home. Staff have been amazing and helpful.

Questionable account activity led to contacting DACU to help verify activity. The information led me and DACU to believe it was possible fraud. Alex C spent extra time tracking the transactions. A new account was created, however Alex continued to assist with getting resolution, consulting with credit union officers and coming to a plan to resolve the questionable transactions. I applaud her professionalism, determination and kindness during this stressful situation. Thanks Alex!

DayAir Credit Union staff is always helpful and courteous each time I call. I am a new customer and I truly appreciate the patience of the staff.

First off I wanted to start off by apologizing for the length of this review I've never done anything like this before but things need to be said and I don't know how to put words like this into a shorter fashion for what I'm trying to go for here so bear with me... DayAir is just constantly amazing me and setting my mind and ease time and time again so when the representative I talked to today helped me out more than I even thought I needed it was then that I figured it was time I put DayAir and the DayAir family on a positive blast! So again I apologize for the lengthy review... Everyone I talk to there at DayAir has always been absolutely amazing and although I usually end up talking to Eli the majority of the timee I call he's always been the best to me always recognizes me immediately which makes me feel like a customer not just another number however today I had to call back for a second time because of a situation I put myself in which led to either my wallet being lost but looking more like stolen and although I did not lose my DayAir card obviously everything else extremely important that only I should know about was in that wallet which is why I was calling and I end up talking to Skyler for the first time and although I've never talked to her before she was immediately friendly and her willingness to help was just once again familiar with the day air family and after our phone call I was not expecting to feel far less stressed than I was before the phone call but I was using an ATM that did not work which led to me dropping my wallet so the questions I was calling with was answered and even the questions I had no idea I should have had were answerd and that in itself made me feel a lot better and more knowledgeable about something that would have really helped probably quite a few years back when it comes to credit and freezing and how all that stuff works since it's still new lingo to me however although all that stuff is replaceable it was the items in my wallet that are not replaceable that belonged to my father who I very recently lost unexpectedly that had me even more stressed and my stress level dropping over that was not supposed to have been part of the phone call but I promise you as friendly and knowledgeable as Skyler was if I'm spelling the name right I apologize if I'm not just made a really bad day get quite a bit better than I thought it could have at the rate this morning started out so again Eli, and today most of all when apparently needed most, Skyler thank you so very much! You guys always have been and can comfortably say without a doubt always will be amazing but today although almost any DayAir representative would have been a great help I needed that phone call with Skyler she was just the right person to answer the phone for me today that's the only way I know how to put it I'll never be able to say thank you enough for everything DAYAIR keeps doing for me. 😀❤️

Day Air Credit Union has, by far, been the best financial institution we have ever used. Customer service is outstanding in all departments and the staff is very knowledgeable. We applied for a small loan once for a medical procedure and they explained everything thoroughly and answered all of the questions we asked without making us feel silly. They were very quick to process the application due to the nature of the loan and followed up promptly. I take comfort in knowing that when we decide to buy a home we will be in good hands with Day Air Credit Union. I had the opportunity to work with Aimee B. A loan specialist with Day Air Credit Union on a new vehicle purchase. Aimee was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. My cell phone service was disrupted on several occasions (because I live near many trees) and although I was frustrated, Aimee was calm, and patient. She even waited on the phone (maintaining a positive attitude) while I drove to the nearest Walmart to get cell phone service. She is a wonderful asset to Day Air. I can definitely see her in an upper level management position.

I was panicking when I called because Dominoes charged me 3 times for a pizza order I never received last night and over $75 was pending to leave my checking account. By the time I got off the phone Alayna had gotten the funds reversed back into my account!!! Thank you so much!!

Dayair is the best credit Union I’ve ever been to and I’ve had accounts with universal one and Wright patt. The customer service is outstanding, they ALWAYS do their best and resolve any issues you might be faced with. Early hours, fast service, overdraft protection and no fees means I will continue to be a member here for the foreseeable future.

I will not fault all your branch representatives, but I do not care to do business at your location due to ONE rep who spoiled the pot! Get rid of him and I think you'd be better off without an insensitive member who starts out my fraud nightmare with "your story sounds atypical". ITS FRAUD!!! Because YOU never heard of it didn't mean I didn't experience it!! Thanks for attacking my character and not showing one ounce of empathy!!! You could have at least faked kindness and I wouldn't have called you out on it!!! So, I wouldn't recommend this location. Thinking I'd have to run into him to resolve my matters, made me feel sicker. I went to York Commons where I received above and beyond excellent customer service. I RECOMMEND YORK COMMONS, MILLER LANE for all your transactions, services and banking needs! Please.....no sympathy or empathy necessary from Kettering branch because I felt human at York Commons, Miller Lane.
