Crystal is THE BEST! Such a sweetheart and a great asset to their company. She provided top-notch customer service, she’s very professional & knowledgeable and we were in and out of the office super fast. After checking around some of the bigger online loan companies we found World Finance to have the best rates by far. We will definitely do business again if we ever find the need. Wish I could Give zero stars??? Company Employee Stole all of My Business Tax information. Pretended to file them with the IRS but there is no record of either year (2 years) being filed. There Employee actually gave all of my personal and Business information to a friend of hers who I had to track down & investigate myself? (Her Business partner) outside of World Finance? I gave proof to the corporate higher up & regional managers they did there own entire investigation then they fired the employee afterwords for multiple reasons. But when trying to get my taxes redone, money back, or help the Reginal Vice President (Steve Holt) told me to ask there ex employee for the money back? And wait to see if she actually filed my taxes? Monitor my credit? And to contact the IRS & police? But I don’t fill like that’s enough? I wish I could upload videos & voicemails of speaking to corporate I would. They just overall failed as a company honestly so beware of this location and who handles your information…
