World Finance GA, Douglasville

I've used them 3 times for about 4 years. I started off with a small loan for a large move we were doing and it was so easy. The staff was pleasant and it did not take forever to process me. I've cleaned up my debts and now working on some personal repairs. They moved my loan to Douglasville where Derrick had been taking care of my loan and he is great! I don't believe you will be disappointed if you just give them a try. Interest rate is not ridiculous like other places.

The experience I received was well worth it. Mrs Stephanie was very quick and very nice she took care of the needs I needed I will most definitely refer and send my love ones to her she was the best along with great customer services skill thank you soooooo much Mrs Stephanie you are the best‼️

I love this place Mr. Orlando has been awesome he does my taxes and I have had a loans as well. He’s always professional always smiling and he makes you feel like a person not just a number! I would recommend this place to anyone that needs their taxes done and anyone that needs a personal loan go see Mr. Orlando!!

The experience with the Hwy 5 location is amazing, Orlando (the manager), Stephanie and George were all so kind to help me get my starter loan to help me build my credit. They all really care about the person they are helping. I have referred my little brother to them as well as my cousin and my uncle is the one who referred me to them and I can say I’m glad to have gone.

Stephanie and Orlando were life savers when I really needed a loan to help me catch up on some bills. We really appreciate them and they have a good customer for life.

Stephanie is the best at her job. She is polite on point and very forth coming. She treats us like with respect .

Worst experience. Was told a flat lie to my face when asking why I wasn’t expected. When correct on there lie , I was transferred to a manger, where she gave me ANOTHER lie to why I wasn’t excepted . So still till this day I was denied with no valid explanation. Not to mention!!! My sister (way worst credit then me) was excepted 2 days before me with no hesitation. They pick and choose who they want to deal with. Very shady. Just be careful with them .

I spoke with Orlando today and the loan process was seamless. The service I received from George and Stephanie at the branch was beyond amazing. Thank you!! 🤗🤗
