Workers Credit Union Main St, Groton

Came in at 4.25pm to open a joint account with my sister. The lady we found, Bethany J.L Schlaich seemed to not be in the mood and had zero customer service. She seemed like she did not want to help at all and everything we told her she would look for a reason to not open the account. It would be nice for someone to just give good customer service.I understand that it was close to time for her to go home but still. Even after being told it is okay by whoever she talked to, to open the account, she still kept looking for another reason to not. We could tell that she was just buying time to not do it.If you not in good moods atleast stay home. At the end, we ended up going to another bank.

I just walked into the Groton office to open an account. There were 3 employees at the desk and 1 teller. Two of the employees were with customers and one was plugging away on her computer. I stood there for 5 minutes and not one of the 4 employees greeted me or acknowledged I was there. The teller just chatted away with a customer and never said anything to me. I walked out and went to DCU where I was immediately greeted and taken care of.

Not my favorite place in the world. I just use them as a service. Workers are not very friendly and let everyone in the bank know what you are doing at their window. Discretion should be taught here.

I've always had great service at WCU. Never a hassle or ridiculous fees like I was getting at one of the huge mega-banks.

This is a horrible bank with horrible customer service.My sister and I met with a woman Bethany JL Schlaich to open a business account. She did not want to open it and she gave us every excuse on the book not to do ot.She was going around in the office leaving us in her office sitting yet we had given her al the paperwork she needed to open the account.We are new to the area's trying to support local businesses but this woman did not seem to know what we need.....she was making all this phone calls to see if she can find anything to stop her from opening it....you lost a big customer because of an incompetent finance representative......I'm telling this to every person I meet who needs to get a business account....Workers credit union u need to review this specific employee

I've always had good experiences here. Wait times are generally negligible and the associates are always friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

The website says open until 5:00 PM on Saturdays. THEY CLOSE AT 1:00 PM. Drove all the way here because everywhere else was closed. Grrrrr FIX YOUR WEBSITE

Worst bank ever, rude unhelpful tellers, don’t waste your time!!!

O do not like the fact you cannot talk with someone at a branch you try to reach.
