Main Street Bank Main St, Pepperell

All members of my family have used this bank for all our banking needs ever since we first moved into town four years ago. The staff there is great; most of them are still there and through our visits, we have gotten to know them on a more personal level. Going to bank there is a pleasurable experience and they really are part of our local community.

I have had the best experience here at Main Street Savings Bank. Due to current circumstances, I am my partners POA and he is unable to come to the bank in person. Main Street Bank in Pepperell, MA has been nothing but more accommodating to me and my partner. Pamela L. who is the assistant branch manager should be recognized for her utmost respect and top courtesy customer service she has shown here at the bank. Thank you Pamela and other bank clerks who have been amazing and so helpful during these times. 5 plus stars!!!

I absolutely LOVE everyone at the Pepperell branch!! They are always so nice and pleasant and always remember who you are when you walk in the door! I NEVER have to sit and wait for someone to help me when i need something because they are always right there to help!! They make me feel like a PERSON and nit just a customer!! A friend brought me into Main Street Bank in Pepperell a couple years ago and introduced me to the branch manager Jenn Ezzio. She asked me where I did my banking and what she could do to win my business . Her warmth, friendly, and professional demeanor settled me quickly and I soon opened up a personal and business account and Ms Ezzio further arranged for a real estate loan for me with one of the loan officers. Having Ms Ezzio to handle all my banking issues has made all the difference in the world. I am a customer for life for how I am treated at Main Street Bank by Jenn Ezzio, her assistant manager Pam, and the rest of the dedicated staff. We are so fortunate to have Jenn and the staff at Main Street Bank to serve our community in such a way that brings so much pride to the bank they work for as well as so much appreciation from those they serve every day. Jennifer and the team at Mainstreet have been instrumental in assisting our business through out the COVID pandemic, and continue to be there for us every step of the way. Linda in the Pepperell branch is always someone I am happy to see when I am doing my banking. She is always helpful and the most amazing listener. She has amazing customer service skills, she is kind, upbeat, and I can always come to her with any of my banking needs. Most importantly, she Always has a smile on her face. I would like to Thank all the Awesome people at Main St. Bank for their incredible service. In particular the Pepperell branch that I deal with regularly. Their attention to details go above and beyond. Everyone in that building does great job. They are always pleasant to deal with, and it shows they care about my accounts. For instance Pam Lundstrom caught a fraudulent use of my debit card, put my card on hold and called me personally. She found the problem, I suppose because she has taken the time to know me. She saw an overdraft, did some investigation because she had a gut feeling that the charges were not done by me. She was so right and I can’t thank her enough! Posting on behalf of my husband, a local small business owner. He recently dealt with Jennifer Ezzio who noticed an account error on his part, called to inform him and went above and beyond to rectify the problem and take the worry from his mind. You don’t get this kind of customer service anywhere anymore, just wow. Main Street bank had been a pleasure to work with and this just goes to show they actually care about their customers!
