I would highly recommend the Blood Team to anyone buying or selling a house. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and Mike helped us to find our dream house. He was always available and willing to travel a good distance to all of our showings. Once we found the home we wanted, Mike was very helpful throughout the negotiation process. We ended up getting a great price on our home and improvements done after the inspection. Mike went above and beyond to make our experience as stress free as possible. He kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire process. We are so happy with the purchase of our home and plan on recommending the Blood Team to all of our friends and family!

The Blood Team are excellent Agents very personable, professional and a very competent agents. They really go the extra mile to help clients find the perfect house in their price range. They also helped us stay on top of the loan process and helped us over come obstacles. They called the lender when needed we were not alone in the process. We live in another state and the purchase was worry free when dealing with a great Team. Missy (our buyers agent) really knows the market and the house is a wonderful investment. Was always apprehensive about investing in a rental home. We felt very comfortable with our decision due to our agent. Being our first rental property things are going great. The Blood Team even helped us find excellent renters. Mike gave us an idea how much it would cost to get house ready to rent. Also helped us find people to do work. At time of purchase already had some equity in house. Buying a house, and especially the right one, can be painful. Kelley made the entire process extremely easy. She was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. No matter what obstacles came our way, she was always completely calm and offered solutions. Very Pleasant experience. Buying or selling a home can be very stressful, the Blood Team (and I do mean team) takes much of that stress out of the equation by leading you through all the confusion. The staff is extremely proactive in keeping you informed as to the progress of the transaction, receiving information instead of having to chasing it is very nice for a change. After having my house on the market for 3 months with no offers (in a hot market with another realtor) we were very discouraged. Two week with Mike and our house had an offer. The marketing plan he presented us with was overwhelming, however it worked and he did everything he said he was going to and provided us with his marketing proof and results. The Blood Team is an excellent choice for real estate professionals for the sale of your home. These guys are professional. They far exceeded our expectations in terms of listing date, price, and final offer. Our situation was not unique! Our home was a mid-sized raised ranch that required updating. After the initial walk through with the Blood Team, they pointed out areas of concern and addressed staging ideas. After the initial meeting, a very attention grabbing sign went in our front yard, along with signage along a main highway pointing towards the direction of our house. We began noticing cars drive by slowly over the next few weeks leading up to our first open house date. We never reached that first open house because we had accepted an offer before officially listing the MLS! The number one reason our house sold so fast was advertising. Also, the fact that they are local and contribute so much to the Community.
