for god sake. please work on customer service. i am only using this bank cuz its main bank in KR. i am switching to different bank.

Customer service is really bad. I also saw the stupidity of saying that you don't need an account number for internet banking (Isn't the account number popping up if you just enter your name?) I thought he was born in the US because he didn't even know the units of provincial and provincial governments in Korea. Makes middle school education suspicious.
