I recently referred a colleague to Michael l at New Start Capitol. . They couldn't stop talking about how honest and reliable he was along with being a knowledgeable caring and professional He got this family a new lease on life consolidating their debt. They now have afresh start and couldn't be happier.

Not happy. I came about this company due to its advertising that it'll work with credit scores from 400+ (on its website) for a debt consolidation loan (notice received in mail.) I already gave all my critical info on the website when you first send in a request. Instead of receiving a call, i get an email to have me contact them- i ignored email since it seems pretty passive of them and my score was probably not high enough. Later on in the day at about 6pm- i get a text message and a call from a different rep who asked for all my critical info again to run a soft check again. I was on my way home from work and did not have a clear head at the time. After telling me I cannot qualify, as they need a credit score of 600+ at the very least- i said ok. The conversation should have ended there. Instead, the rep told me he can still help me- he was talking about debt settlement with credit card companies without using that specific term. He then actually made a false promise that I'd get my credit card debts reduced at least 50% and makes the assumption that i was late on my cards and already receiving calls from creditors when I told him multiple times I was not delinquent on any of my accounts. He worked out a plan for me and then proceeded to ask for my checking account information to have funds deposited into it and when I said i was not comfortable and needed more time to think he told he needs that information to work up a contract and that contract needed to be signed in 3 days time. That should have been several huge red flags but I wanted to get process started and gave that info away (have to change with bank now.) Long story short, I did my research after our call and realized that you just can't trust people even when they tell you they want to be transparent and wants to help and you see fantastic reviews from other people.

New Start Capital is the absolute best! I had so much credit card debt and Michael Luft explained the process to me so thoroughly. I was hesitant at first but it ended up being the best phone call I ever made. Such a lifesaver. Thank you Michael and New Start! 5 stars! Highly recommend!

This rating is for the intro/onboarding experience, as i can’t yet speak to my entire experience of the program. I have had a positive experience so far: very helpful customer service with Michael. He answered all my questions and has been available when i call to ask additional questions. The set up process was quick and pretty straightforward. I plan to leave another review as i progress further into the program - i am hopeful this program will help me tackle debt.

This company seems to truly care about your individual situation and makes the process easy and pretty much painless. Within just a few minutes and after qualifying I saw my debt principle which was over $70,000, drop to just over $50,000. That’s almost $20K. The interest that I will save over the course of the program is well into the hundreds of thousands. I will be completely debt free in five years at the most. My monthly payment for my unsecured debt dropped $1200. With that I will be able to aggressively attack the debt once my financial situation settles by paying more every month, doubling the payment, which will have me debt free in 2.5 years. It is amazing. The only drawback is of course the temporary hit I will take to my credit score but it is a very small price to pay when I’m saving more than a quarter of a million dollars in interest payments if I paid the minimums. Joshua Jacobs was and is my personal point of contact and I cannot say enough about how professional, empathetic, and genuinely concerned about helping me. You all know it. You all can tell when it’s real or fake. Mr Jacobs was incredible. The whole process took less than thirty minutes and I am on my way to being free from debt. I understand hesitation about using such companies or debt consolidation. I have been taken by one in the past myself which left me very skeptical. New Start Capital is nothing like that. I have eyes on my account and can see exactly how and when payments are being made. I can monitor progress constantly. There are no prepayment penalties which makes it easier to complete because any money that can be spared goes to the loan, which knocks off time to secure that freedom. I personally would recommend this company to anyone looking at bankruptcy as an option or only option. I would also recommend combining this company’s assistance with the teachings and program of a very famous financial advisor because with both, success is unstoppable. Thank you New Start
