    This place is the best. The people are so kind and carrying! They really listen to the costumers wants and needs! They treat you like family! They try to help with all situations and understand life has crazy turns but will work with you through them! I highly recommend them for your car buying needs.

    Absolutely horrible. They came and re-posted a vehicle from me that I didn’t even have for 45 days. Which is fine because according to the Several different mechanics I took it to had a blown head gasket and the engine was going to throw a rod at any time. So obviously I don’t wanna pay in a vehicle that’s going to be junk so I have no problem with the repo however they decided to tell me in order to get my purse in my other personal belongings out of the vehicle I had to pay them $85 and bring them the keys. I have no problem bringing in the keys but I’m not paying for my own personal items. So long story short went out there today to get my stuff and the owner proceeded to tell me that he’s going to call the police for trespassing. So I called the police. In the low and behold they had to give me all of my stuff they also couldn’t press charges on me for trespassing. And I didn’t have to pay the $85. Make sure if you get a vehicle from them you know your rights. If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would but then nobody would see my experience

    Greatly apologize that you feel this way and that your vehicle was repossessed. Woodville Auto strives to make each customer happy to the best of our ability but sometimes this does not happen. Unfortunately, after reviewing your account it seems there is more to the situation than you are stating but due to privacy policy we cannot and will not publicize that information. Although by contract there is a bagging and storage fee for belongings after repossession, to work with you it seems that an agreement was made for you to relinquish the key. As stated in the police report on file it shows that you refused to do so, so law enforcement was called. Of which you first denied the officer as well. Your property was regained and it is on file that you will have trespass the next time you are at the facility as laws work certain ways. As well out of respect we would have appreciated you stopping in the office to discuss your situation instead of taking liberty to do as you please on our property. We greatly apologize that you are dissatisfied that your vehicle was repossessed but due to the breach of contract management saw it in the best interest of the company.     I would definitely recommend this dealership. Will work with you in time of need. Don’t understand how they would get any negative reviews. That is unless your not properly maintaining your vehicle i.e. oil changes or paying your bills and having updated insurance. Which is definitely the buyers issues not the dealerships. If you have any mechanical issues they will work with you and do everything they can to make sure your vehicle purchased is road worthy.

    DONT BUY FROM WOODVILLE AUTO FINANCE! LEMON CARS 🍋🍋🍋 On February 24th of 2022, Tyrique Cook (18) and Shay Bryant (18) walked into Woodville Auto Finance with their 9 month old daughter. Looking to purchase a vehicle for work, found a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse listed for just over 10 grand. They put $1800 down on the vehicle and have already made another $300 payment. As well as spending over $450 for new front tires. Less than 30 days had passed when they got the car checked out by NAPA Auto Service and were told of transmission issues and many others listed. They went back to Woodville Auto requesting a trade-in and were denied. They were instructed by Woodville Auto to wait and see what the warranty that was purchased would cover. After a few weeks of silence, on March 25 2022, they went to J and J transmission and towing service to get another opinion. They were informed of further issues including oil leakage, black and burned fluids, ball joint issues etc.. J and J told them the car was "completely unsafe to drive". They contacted Woodville again with an estimate of over 8 grand to fix the car that was sold to them. They were denied once again and told to "get a lawyer" by the owner of Woodville Auto.

We reviewed the recorded conversation and it seems that when you had called in that multiple people were talking on the other line of which the representative could not understand. Our representative did not instruct you or your other party to get a lawyer it was stated by one of the parties on the phone in behalf of the vehicle.     Woodville has been so patient with us & our money situation! I was off work for the last three weeks of my pregnancy and wasn’t able to make the payment and they were so patient and worked with me so much! I didn’t even receive a single phone call about my payments, they just said whatever I have to throw on it here and there would be fine until my checks started coming back in! And they’re always so sweet when we call in, asking how we’re doing and being really caring! Great customer service ❤️ I HAVE to give them five stars for not giving up on us when we needed help the most!

    They have been so helpful that I have to give 5 stars. I came to woodville about 2 weeks ago looking for a vehicle. I didnt have enough for the down payment but they told me about their layaway program so i wouldnt lose the car. They gave me 6 weeks on my layaway and i was able to come in sooner to pick up my car. I am so grateful that they worked with me. Thank you to my sales men mo who took time with me and helped me find what I wanted.

    They treated me really well I was helped as soon as I walked through the door and they had a very nice varity of vehicles to choose from I've recommended numerous people with no problems. I would go to them again and again . They even have a warranty program to cover there car you purchase incase something does go wrong and they'll fix it free and right never had a problem the owner is of the highest standards and very helpful in finding exactly what you want!!! I can't say enough good things five STARS ALL THE WAY !!!!!!

    Highly recommend Woodville Auto!! I had a great experience! I knew coming in that I was going to a USED car dealership, these previous comments make no sense. Obviously these people who commented negatively don't know what they are talking about. They have so much to chose from and all are so nice! You're suppose to test drive the car before buying it! Then if you have a problem just let them know and they can fix it. When everything is all set, and I was happy.. I bought the car and have been driving it for months with no problems! I recommended them to all my friends and family, and we all had great experiences! Low prices, friendly staff and local business! Great car dealership, thank you!!!

    I bought a car from woodviWoo Auto and it was really easy, I put $100 down and brought $600 dollars 3/4 days later and drove off with a very nice and clean 2008 Dodge Caliber. It was very clean and drove like a champ, quiet engine, nice body, black in color, and good on gas. It only takes about $20/$25 dollars to fill up, my kinda car. Woodville Auto is the place to get a car, no credit, bad credit, no problem, your down payment is all you need. The people are very nice and friendly, and courteous. Tired of riding the bus come see us at Woodville Auto and they will put you in a vehicle.

    I have been using woodville auto Finance for several years now, I would and do recommend them to anyone i know that's in need of a vehicle!!! Low down payments, no credit checks, and any make and model you can think of!!! And as long as you get the warranty, they dont hesitate to take care of whatever issue the vehicle may have!!!

    This car lot is in the top 5 of worse in Toledo maybe OHIO I would put them at number 2 for worse after First Choice Auto a lot of their good reviews are fake!! every car they have is in horrible shape they don’t fix anything and are very rude salesman do your research before purchasing dont waste your money! They pray on the minority community mostly very corrupt sick individuals they can’t believe In GOD they sell un safe cars to families with new babies that they see when the families are buying pathetic

    This place is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. the man are veryyyy rude they don’t care about their customers at all. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY They came n took my car for not having insurance for only two weeks. They didn’t even give me a option to get insurance to get my vehicle back. they want me to pay the full amount of the car. they prey on 25 n under. they charge $85 to get your personal items out the car. you have only 20 days to redeem your vehicle or they are re selling it

    Went around all day looking at cars yesterday stopped in at Woodville Auto Finance juts before 6, which is their closing time. The staff stayed with me and got me into a truck that I was interested in. Very patient employees and for a used car lot the inventory was decent. See lots of reviews over pricing but for having bad credit and a prior repo I think I paid reasonably.

    This is one the best buy here pay here car lots in town! As long as you pay your payment and keep in good communication with them if you are gonna be late they work with you!!iam on my 2and car with this lot ..I would recommend Moe he is friendly along with the girl at the front desk! They realize life has problems and cars need repairs and money can get tight but they dont just come REPO like other car lots would!!! ***large selection of very nice vehicles! ***mechanic on site if needed!

    Woodville auto is the only place to go. They have the best cars I have purchased two cars from here and I tell you I didn't have any problems with my cars. First car in 2010 and second car in 2018 and yes I still have both cars their both still running at their best. Customer service and all employees are very respectful and trustworthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else or recommend any place but Woodville auto finance. You're the best.
