Been with this bank for almost 2 years. Never had an issue, they are always so helpful. When I lost my debit card , the employee helped me to shut off the card.

Most of the employees there give you an awful attitude. It used to be a nice little bank but now it's just all negative and they're rude. Tellers are not supposed to be rude... ever. I never even heard of a teller being rude in my life. One of the girls working there in particular just looks at you like she wants to hurt you, and just asks you questions like a cop trying to get information. I almost went to her manager. I wont do my business with Woodforest any longer. I use Regions now. Now that I've moved over to Regions, I've been in to 4 of their branches; never a rude person working there at all. Very nice and chipper.

The branch manager Jessica Bond was exceptionally nice and helpful!! She went above and beyond for me! Very happy I decided to stop by and open an account at this location. Not one of the best but THE ABSOLUTE BEST BANKING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!! THANK YOU!!!
