this location is an absolute joke I went there three times this week it's been closed every single day not sure what's going on. I called customer service to have statements faxed out to a number customer service was absolutely rude hung up on me had to call back and complain about the service representative. I would not recommend Woodforest national Bank to anybody they are an absolute joke and will waste your time. To the owners of the bank I will be switching banks here in next month or two I am unsatisfied your service I'll go somewhere else that will treat me better as a customer

This branch of Wood Forest is always unpleasant and I believe that it’s due to the manager. There are some nice Bank tellers here And I feel for them having to work under a manager who always has a dirty look on his face, has never been helpful, has never made me felt welcome, and I’ve never seen him smile. He acts as if he is doing me a favor, when he should be happy to have my business. I try to take care of my business at the Wood Forest in Milford. The ladies there could write a book on customer service! They are exceptional! The north gate branch is closer to my home, and when I’m forced to go there I know there will be a hassle, And they’re absolutely always is!

Very unprofessional, staff are not trained properly. Horrible service!
