These ppl have no idea what they are doing, they told me that they couldn’t deposit a check with my name on it, ended up going to another branch and there were no problems.

That star was only so I could write this post, this branch is terrible and deserves no stars. Terrible customer service, they did not honor the 24 hour deposit rule that they speak so highly of. Banker Rick was unable to explain why I couldn't have the money refunded after making a deposit within 24 hours. He lied by stating the company returned the funds when it was actually the bank, which should give me the 24hour grace period to make it right. Then tried to belittle me by asking about me keeping a ledger balance. After the payment is satisfied with the company, I will definitely be closing this account. Should have closed this account over a year ago when I experienced bad customer service, instead I stopped using the account. Not this time!

Took off work to have form notorised after 8 which cost me two hrs of overtime. I get there and they refuse to stamp the paperwork. I was approached with a snobby attitude then never handed paperwork back to me had to reach over and grab it.

Great staff - friendly and professional. Always in and out very quickly. One of Huntington's best branches in Cincinnati.

Went into the bank around 11:55am today. I needed to do a business transaction. Was told that all managers we’re in a meeting. Another customer was waiting, I asked him how long has he be waiting “ 30 minutes “ just for a notary. A banker came out and stated per the manager it was going to take another 40 minutes to an hour to be seen. Why would they have mid day appointments knowing that it’s the busiest time of the day. I guess customers don’t come first.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I used to use this location to pay my mortgage. About two weeks after I paid my mortgage in cash, I got a letter stating that no payment was received. I called the location and got nothing but attitude over the phone. They adopt an indignant tone the minute you have an issue. The teller never gave me a receipt, so according to their management I have no proof and I am out of luck. They have been uncooperative at every turn and because they are a bank you have little to no recourse against them. I am convinced one of their tellers pocketed my mortgage payment and management does not care at all.

Demanded $10 to cash their own check. Arrogant manager went on a tear about how they were "providing a service". As if that's going to make anyone want to do business with you!

Always friendly. Nice, low key. Never have experienced even a long line.

Great bank, friendly, and trusting. I like their app.
