There is a teller named Justin younger man. Most rude and uncaring person I have ever met. Clearly dosent want to be, texting while trying to work on deposit. If your in line and see that name just wait for someone else.

Every time I have an issue, I call customer service first, if they can't fix it then I go to the actual bank, which has only been a couple of times. Each issue has been me waiting for my account to clear on its own. Had issues with my bank account, banker never listened to my problems, told me it must be a glitch on my end, and was rude and argued with me on what the problem really was instead of helping solve it. I even showed screenshots and my actual app to show them the issue, and left feeling like garbage and angry. Talked with the bank manager about the bankers attitude, same issue. Didn't listen to a word I was saying and I felt like I was being ignored, sounded like he didn't even want to deal with me. Problems never get fixed and I get greeted with rude attitudes and short remarks. I've had new jobs and I've always been able to deposit my payroll checks without any trouble. I had my first check from a new job and was told different things from call reps to even the assistant manager. I was never informed whenever I deposited the check that there is an issue, I don't get any notifications telling me it has to process- I have to call in and ask people what's going on with my account. No one answers calls and no one wants to help. They are not helpful.

Poor customer service. Calling to talk with ANYONE IS IMPOSSIBLE. Have left two emails for Jake to reply without response. I’m leaving 53rd after 33 years. Fifth Third does not care about its customers for the last two years!

I wish I can give 0 stars, I always been frustrated by this bank whenever I have a issue, can't cash checks without enormous fees, can't tell me why, can't resolve anything. And one of the personal banker always rude, if you don't like to deal with ppl, don't work for customers service...I have been a long customer but I can't deal with this nonsense anymore

I have to agree this location is the slowest!!!!! Bank in Colerain, I'm planning on moving my accounts. 20mins to deposit money in my account is ridiculous. (Drive Thru) This is with no line

This location has always been good to our family we've had issues but they are always good about solving them with no problem

May just be 5th 3rd in general but not only do can they not cash a personal check to someone without changing an outrageous fea but they i have also had the problem they dident have enuff money at the Bank to fulfill the transaction. As well as today they cant cash buissiness to buissiness check written off their bank. Who wants a bank that can't fulfill checks off your account with them

My wife lost savings an checking because of purchase online she cancelled the card got a new then it happened again inside job my kids Christmas money

Poor business practices! Lowered my credit limit to the amount on the card to minimize risk during the current climate, referencing the pandemic. Card was never delinquent. It was at 33%, now it is maxed out which will cause a massive negative impact on my credit score! 15+ year customer with 4 family members account who I manager through 5/3 and I will be taking all accounts elsewhere due to these poor business practices.

Does not value customer as they should be.
