Woodforest National Bank Farm To Market Rd, Magnolia

Any time I have a day with multiple purchases my card gets locked the next day. It flags every purchase so I check for fraud but there is no way to manually accept my transaction. There needs to be an after hours system in place especially since their mobile app is constantly crashing, usually the same days my card gets “locked”. I have had this bank less than two months and am ready to cancel my account as soon as possible.

I took my mom through the drive thru this morning. Pulled up, placed a check and ID inside for the check to be cashed. I sat there for a few minutes and I couldn’t see inside because there was a glare on the glass. I was beginning to wonder if there was anyone in there when I received the cylinder back. The check had been cashed with all large bills. No one said hello or how do you want this cashed not one word. So I sent one of the bills back to be changed. The only words that were spoke in the complete transaction from the time I pulled up were “you want twenties”? I said yes. I never even got a thank you or anything else.

Every time I go in there i was have trouble and it takes forever, not to mention you have to pay a new fee Everytime you walk in

I wish to open a Swiss Bank Account and then - in my many travels-I found Woodforest and was out of the deep woods in a hurry. Thanks to all and to all a "goodnight". Mike

I have been to many branches throughout the Houston area. The customer service might could be equalled but shall not be exceeded! Great people.
