Woodforest National Bank East Sam Houston Pkwy, Houston

I can only imagine how bad the customer service is. After our contractor deposited our check here on a Saturday, this bank called him the following Thursday to tell him that "the check was probably no good". We have never bounced a check and our bank said it was never run. Now we look bad and our poor contractor is still waiting for his money. They don't answer the phone either and had to call a different branch to complain and get something done.

i made a mistake with the one star. First can you tell me why they are opened 24 hrs because they sure do not answer the stupid phone, I called back to back for 30 min never answered and call numerous other times. Why is the bank wasting our dollars with service fees and etc to just pay some fly by nite work to keep this place opened and cannot get any service by phone. Guess you have to go to the store and wake them up or get them out of the back someone or take them off their many many smoke and beer breaks. This place gets no stars and the problem all the other 24 hours places or just like this. Woodforest management need to get out of bed and call these numbers sometimes and find out what is going on.

They closed before 5 p.m. on a Friday! They wouldn't let me in line even though it was before closing time. I went back next day and was told they sometimes close early because they have a lot of stuff to do in the back after closing.

Terrible location..they treat everyone is if you are trying to pull a scam. Stay away from this location. Only location that don't cash there on Money Orders. Guess they go by the way you dress or talk.

Super slow service. Usually 30-45 mins for quick deposit. Walmart Branch.

Super slow service. The line was almost to the Walmart entrance. They had one teller at opening. They had 4 people there. They finally opened 2 more windows but they sure took their sweet time doing it. I loathe this location.

They have the slowest people working here . They had one girl working and the other two just walking around asking like they're doing something and of course the manager in the back.

This location is the worst. Rude and very disrespectful employees. The lines are long and they take their sweet time and give you a nasty attitude. I’m going to file a formal complaint.

Deposited a check at this location and 3 days later bot posted on my account and got a negative balance very upset won't use this location again

Had a good long running relationship with this bank untill funds were drafted illegaly. They did NOTHING, I was left to be ACCOUNTABLE. Unacceptable!!!!
