Woodforest National Bank Younts Rd, Indian Trail

Horrible bank and horrible employees. Closed my account and kept the money. Not a safe place to keep your money.

I have been going to this bank since they opened in Walmart. Great friendly service. Dana was so pleasant always. The Branch members are all so sweet.

I usually don't have any problems with this bank. If I need to cash part of a check, they don't act suspicious of me and they don't say that they need to call someone to verify it like the Wadesboro bank. Idk if it's because of the crime rate in Wadesboro compared to the Indian trail one, but I prefer the Indian trail location because there's more intelligent employees at this location that know that a phone call from a phone number that I give them isn't going to very anything. It could be anyone on the other end of that phone, and they always know that my checks come from my employers. There's nothing worse than feeling like your cashier is treating you unfairly because of your skin color and trying to make things difficult for you on purpose. This location has usually always been very fast and polite. They understand that me splitting my check up isn't up to an employer, it's my preference and decision. Proper training and common sense goes along ways and this location has it.

The branch manager was very nice and awesome. He made me feel at home. Love this man 🧐

Who goes to the bank to cash a check and they have no hundred dollar bills at Christmas time???? Isn't this a bank??? Finding a new bank!

I recently found this location after trying to find one closer to home and let me just say this, I love the Indian Trail location. I don't necessarily like walmart, but I love this bank and their staff.

If you ever need to talk to someone on the phone, be prepared to use this app. You’ll end up having to call around from location to location. I was there last week. There were 6 staff members and 3 customers. The ph rang and rang & everybody was ignoring it. I’ve noticed this countless times at different branches. My account has been hacked 2 times in 2 years and I’ve had the most difficult time trying to get their help. 2 days ago, I went in to fill out additional paperwork. Today, they called and said that my account was negative & wanted to know when I’m going to do something about it. I’ve been disputing these charges for weeks and that’s the only reason why they called? Then I asked if she could see on her end that the charges were being disputed & that’s why I haven’t deposited the money. Then, they immediately hung up. No update on any of my issues, just hung up. Do yourself a favor and choose a reliable bank. The only perk with woodforest is their hours. This bank is trash!

Has been a customer for many years. Adam and his Team has always been professional and very personable. I recommend very highly.

This location needs to hire new employees. The tellers here were rude and unfriendly when I went to make a deposit.

Best bank ever! They take care of me and took time to get to know me😊😊😊
