From personal experience I have had no issues with this company. The bi weekly payments suck but if you’re in a situation where you’re trying to improve your credit but can’t get approved for a decent vehicle then this company will work with you. They also look out when they can if possible. Work slow down because of Covid for a few months and they allowed me to make my payments late the entire time. Just be sure to let them know ahead of time because like any other business they have their rules and regulations. But overall a fair company for the people that are trying to improve their credit and have a decent vehicle.

I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL I CAN REFINANCE WITH ANOTHER BANK… CFG is the WORST. They are money hungry! You can pay every bill on time for a whole year the ONE time your a day late they are sending someone to get the car… smh DO NOT FINANCE WITH THEM SUPER HIGH RATES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!! Words cannot explain how disappointed I am with this company. I’ve been a loyal customer for 7 years and on my third car and I pay my payments on time. You would think they’d show me a little veteran respect but no. Anyways I got my third vehicle from them in February of last year and haven’t had any problems until now. My 2013 GMC Terrain won’t start at all. I had a mechanic look at it and he told me that it was a timing belt that needed to be replaced and that would cost me over a $1,000 , so I called them up and told them and they sent me all around the block and I finally spoke with someone, they act they couldn’t do nothing about it since my warranty expired. I’m on disability and couldn’t afford to pay the repairs on my own, not to mention that I regret making my payment already this month and I’m basically stuck with a car that I can’t even drive! UGH… I hope this helps someone who’s thinking of getting a vehicle from these snakes. Do not purchase anything from them. They don’t care about their customers!!!

While i was financing with this company, they provided wonderful customer service. I do not have nothing bad to say about them. My case manager worked with me and she is very understanding. I had a good car but it started giving me problems after 3 years of having it through ride now motors. They will work with you. All you have to do is call them.

*Warning Be advised* This place is corrupt. Don’t waste your time or money. They are writing fake reviews because they are trying to cover there scum like ways (Shakari Grier). They will repo your vehicle If you are 2 weeks behind on your car payment even during these hard times. They are a Ponzi scheme type business. They finance ride now motors vehicles so save yourself the heartache. The staff is rude an treat there customers horrible. I already filed a complaint with the better business bureau. This isn’t a company that takes pride in customer satisfaction and they should be embarrassed. *Stay away* Very shady operation.

Where do I start? How does credit financial group still have customers? I can’t believe this company is still operating. I’m thinking about calling channel 9 news to investigate this company. There is some shady things going on! **PLEASE ADVISE** all negative reviews here are 100% true. I don’t see how these people still operate during this pandemic they have no empathy or compassion for there customers so if you go with these guys make sure you don’t get behind on your payments due to anything because you will regret every signing anything with this companies name on it! PLEASE STAY AWAY

Would rate no stars if I could. This is one of the most incompetent lazy companies ever. Always trying to get extra money out of people. Never take responsibility for their mess ups. Maybe if they hired actual qualified people then they wouldn’t have the issues they have. Repo my car for not having insurance when it did then also tried to hide the fact I sent them my new insurance stuff.

Do not lease your car from them . They try to take your car from if your late only 20 days most people atleast give you a whole month until the next payment. I wish my car wasn't with them there very unprofessional.

Again would give 0 stars if I could this company is completely money hungry and do not care about any situation that you have going on. I have been gathering information on these guys and am thinking of preparing a lawsuit

So as I'm going through all of these both good and bad reviews I've noticed one thing. The company only speaks on the good reviews they have nothing to say about the bad ones. If you're going to say something and try to show everyone that you're a good decent company then respond to all the comments not just the ones that speak good of you. So what this has done for me is allowed me to just not deal with them at all thank you for everyone's comments both the good and the bad.

This company sold me a car that was good enough to last until I got it home and when I went to return it of course it was added to my credit and I’ve been struggling for over 5 years to get this removed people go to dealership or someone with a warranty and better customer service normal people don’t have 1,000 of dollars laying around for car issues

Look, if you are in a bind and need a car loan they do their part. If you have bad credit and are forced to deal with this company it's not that bad. Just do your part and pay the payments. I don't have anything bad to say. 3 years in

Horrible place to finance a vehicle through would not recommend. Wish I could give zero stars.
