Woodforest Bank Sudley Rd, Manassas

This bank was good, but they lost their chance with me when the direct deposit messed up and I didn't get my money in time. When I went to close my account they said it was a technology issue but it was only this bank that had the issue

3 people 2 tellers! Down to two people two tellers the one helping me leaves in the middle of our money order transaction to go help the other for a “sec” but that turned into a couple minutes and yes I’m a person that has stuff to do let alone live an hour and a half away. And your machines keep going down. Every time I come in here it’s trash service and a wait and it’s never busy

This bank is a horrible toxic and bad environment place for employees and customers I've worked here and only been harrassed by my own manager and co workers please dont bank here or at any woodforest its unprofessional, rude, toxic environment! Corperate didnt do anything my whole 9 months of employment with this company its disgusting I tried to be as nice as I can be and helpful to my customers and people I worked with. They want respect but they dont give none.

I’m not sure what changes have happened but this bank has gone downhill. Terrible customer service, moving over to Navy Federal!
