Went here today after visiting 3 pawn shops and 3 gun stores. The guys at King Kong were super professional, helpful, and courteous. I'm big on customer service and these guys do it right. Several places I went to today didn't even say hello or ask if I needed to look at anything. Their prices on guns were fair and a nice selection. I'll definitely be stopping back in.

Walked into the store, it was brightly lit, almost like a boutique of sorts...was almost immediately greeted by Justin, who was a low pressure, laid back (but not too laid back) type of person who asked what my needs and wants were. Within a mater of minutes he assisted me with my purchase, made sure everything was working properly, and thanked me for stopping in. I am in the customer service arena and this is the kind of stuff we look for as an example for others to follow! Kudos to the Manager and the rest of the staff, please continue the great work and Justin, I will definitely be back to see you!

love this place. They have all the deals ALL OF EM!!! Best prices around. I go there a few times a week to find the treasures. Its the best. All the guys are so nice to me and even help me fix done of my stuff free of charge.

What a clean and well run store. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. They gave me great deals and i have bought a tons from them have not had a problem yet. If you want the most for your items please go there. Israel was very helpful and kind and so was his other employee hunter. They do a great job greeting not only me but other customers when we come through those doors right away. Great customers service best I have seen yet!!!!!!!

This has honestly been one of the cleanest pawn shops I’ve ever been to! I was laughing, cracking jokes with the workers. The owner is really nice. It smells good in there and they definitely helped me out while in a bind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy or pawn
