Maria Carrasco is the not professional and was very unhelpful. I decided not to continue with the process and requested that I receive the hard copies of all supporting personal documents or to have them shredded. She refused to give them to me although they are stored electronically, I don’t feel confident in their security regarding hard copies files. See attached photo of where my documents were thrown.
