We've gone through several mortgage processes in various states and First Heritage's was the easiest, most transparent, and painless as we've experienced. From top to bottom, Whit and his team were amazing....well worth working with this outfit!

Everything went smoothly until the very end when I had to get involved to try to smooth communications between First Heritage and the title company, which I shouldn't have had to do. It made closing stressful. My guess is that First Heritage did not give themselves to do the job properly.
