My husband is an OEF veteran, and when Mike B let us know about an opportunity to refinance our VA Loan, I was all ears. He quickly responded to my many, many questions and was patient with us as we decided if a refinance was the right decision for us. We've been able to reduce our monthly payment by over $230. Because my husband is using the GI Bill, and we don't receive a housing allowance in the summer, the timing of the refinance has really helped us.
