I am a real estate broker and helped my buyers purchase a home with escrow being at WFG. Never used them before but listing agent requested. We also sold my buyers home and decided to close both houses together there. I was impressed that we got updates consistently thru out the process and at the end when appts were being set up they kept us all informed every step of the way. They wee professional and even answered the phone when I called. I would recommend and use them again without hesitation.

I recently sold my house in Seattle, and it turns out that selling a house is pretty complicated. WFG was very proactive in leading me through the process, and (frankly) gentle in saying things like "Here's a thing that we need to keep moving forward (hint, hint)". There may be a bunch of great firms that can help you with a house sale, but I can't imagine doing better than with WFG. Let me put it this way: a few hours after WFG informed me that my sale had completed, a very large bolus of money showed up in my bank account. It doesn't get much better than that.

i would rate them 8/10 Dani was great. She was helpful and responsive. my problem was when it came to getting the title cleared they made the seller jump through some unnecessary hoops. The seller had power of attorney over her sister yet they made her get a doctors note which delayed the closing(technically on time but we could have closed early) it was a minor thing that was resolved, but had she not been able to get the note then we wouldn't have been able to close.

On a buyers end I had a bit of a rocky start with WFG. Wiring my escrow payment turned into a race when I found out the amount I had to wire was over the amount my bank (Wells Fargo) allowed. My bank let me down by not being able to do a wire in person either without scheduling an appointment when I needed it done asap. Thankfully WFG had an alternative solution and I was able to write a check to them no harm done. After that everything else was spectacular! They chose a wonderful notary to go over everything with me and were always available to answer my questions and work with my schedule. Once again at closing I did run into an issue with wiring and had to get a cashier's check. I fault my bank and not WFG on this but it is something I had no idea would be an issue and wish I had a little more notice about it.

Riley and Cale and their team are very responsive and professional. We had to close on a loan quickly, and they moved very fast without making us feel rushed! They took time to explain the steps, what to expect next, and how the loan numbers were calculated. Excellent and friendly service - highly recommended.
