Makes me feel like I am his only client although I know he has a huge book of business with a team he manages as well. Great doesn't begin to express the level of service I received with Nikki Benson and her team. I reached out to Nikki months before I went home shopping and she sat down with me and explained the process and crunched the numbers, so I was prepared. In early 2022, Rick King and Robert King worked with me to underwrite a loan based on income from 2 part-time employers, both of which had been negatively affected by the 2020-2021 COVID lockdowns. I received major wage raises and hours increases at both jobs in the latter half of 2021, so my income expectations for 2022 and onward were very different from my income history during the qualifying window of 2020-2021 (about 50% higher, considering both the substantial wage raises and the end of lost hours from lockdowns). While the other lenders I tried wouldn’t work with me, Rick King shepherded my case through Underwriting and got me a loan amount that had buying power and comfortable repayment terms. He also kept me informed about how to interpret my buying power in a condo market with HOA dues, and stayed supportive as I switched real estate agents in the middle of my housing search. Five stars. Would recommend….. have already recommended.

Could not have been a better experience. Michelle and her team worked constantly and incredibly fast to make my loan happen. Accurate spreadsheets of different possibilities, instant response time by phone or email. Most amazing was on a Monday evening, when I needed to know whether I could safely escalate my offer on a place, and I had about 30 minutes to find out, she interrupted her dinner to make it work. If not for that response time, I would have lost the place by $5000. I've never had such a good experience with a lender.
