Danny was amazing to work with. He guided us on every step of our home loan. We had lots of questions but he was very patient and explained the process to where we could understand. He always was very prompt in responding to our phone calls, text messages and emails. We loved him so much that when it was time to refi, we went through him as well. We will only use Danny in our future home loan needs and recommend him to all our friends and family.

5 stars for Danny local hero but 3.5 stars for Caliber. I really appreciate Danny’s help throughout the years. He helped us walkthrough refinancing and home loan options. He was very responsive and very patient answering all our questions. He even made himself available on the weekends or off hours. Great customer service and just a positive experience working with Danny. Caliber mortgage online was a little harder to work with. It took a lot of effort setting up auto payments. Instructions were not clear. Correspondences through my account to corporate customer service was not always returned. Long wait times trying to call. Limited customer service hours in central time zone. It was a frustrating start but now it is working fine. This is not a reflection on Danny and the excellent work he does. In fact it is because of Danny I am still a customer after rough start.

Danny is simply the best! He helped us with our first home purchase 3 years ago when we never thought it was possible to be able to buy. Fast forward to today, he has always kept tabs on us to make sure we were getting the most out of our home/loan/equity. We just closed on a refinance which has made a huge difference for our budget and overall interest savings. Danny has always been consultative in approach and never pressures us into any decision.
