Do Not Ignore or Dismiss Negative Reviews!! Things are always satisfactory until a real test of Integrity arises. Contracted Westfall Roofing for residential re-roof for which work was performed near the first of March 2021. Wasn't until June of 2021 that we got our first heavy rainfall which exposed defective workmanship on flashing and waterproofing around a skylight. Considerable water intrusion damaged large patches of drywall and ceiling texture around the 2 X 4 skylight, with water flowing down the vaulted ceiling to the ceiling/wall juncture and down the wall onto the front entry door frame and into the wooden doors. Westfall saw fit to only correct the flashing leak and patch the ceiling damage and refused to address all of the resulting damages caused by the water intrusion. The water caused the doors to swell, warp and delaminate. I met Westfall's requests for estimate gathering, examining the full gammit of remedies I could think of from new door replacement to pricing out attempting to do some of the labor myself. Westfall did not respond to the information I provided and failed to respond to my numerous attempts to discuss. They went silent and ignored a mediation I had set up and did not show. Think long and hard about the level of integrity you want in a roofing contractor when contemplating such a critical, expensive home repair. I wish that I had paid more attention to other's reported problems with this company, and had not been duped by their "cover you like family" slogan.

After getting about six quotes from various roofing companies, we could not believe the difference in pricing, so we threw out the lowest and highest and then chose based on factors of reputation, years in our business, and felt very comfortable with our salesman. We met the owners, both brothers, at different times, and each explained the process and set our expectations. The whole crew was on time, respectful of our property, cleaning up each day before they left. We highly recommend Westfall Roofing. After several heavy rainstorms since our roof was replaced, we are 100% satisfied with their quality workmanship. Remember, you get what you pay for; Westfall Roofing is worth every dollar.

We spoke with six companies that provide roof installation and went with Westfall for a variety of reasons. First was the professionalism and expertise of our sales representative, Manny. He was responsive to all of our questions, and he explained clearly what the roof installation process would entail. The office staff, Becky and Melissa, were courteous and efficient. The installation team was led by Sonny and they arrived on time, ready to work, and did so with pleasant attitudes and great work ethic. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and the finished product. Our roof looks fantastic and we feel confident that the quality of the job done will provide us many years of fine Florida living.

Not only were they the most professional group to work with, they were also the most cost effective and fair group to work with. They completed our roof from demo to install and cleanup within a day. They even fixed an additional area of soffit on our roof that was not included in the service. I also am extremely impressed and grateful for Bonnie on the back end of the process. She has gone above and beyond to help with paperwork that we needed to close this out. I don't even think it was truly her responsibility to handle it but she did while communicating in a timely manner throughout. After researching roofing companies I chose Westfall roofers. My expectations were definitely meet with their competence, knowledge and friendliness. The office kept me up to date on the project as it was proceeding and every phone call and email was returned. When the City of Tampa inspector came out several days after the roof was completed he further confirmed my choice of Westfall roofing by saying that whenever he sees Westfall on his call sheet, he knows it will be a good installation with few if any minor problems. Very Happy with the new roof installation Westfall performed at my home. From the sales person (Eric), to the Supervisor (Simon) and the laborers who did the demo and installation. ALL were professionals and very courteous! I did have a lot of wood repair that stalled the job a bit but the guys knocked it out and were done in a timely manner. They did a good job protecting my landscaping and pool during the project and when they cleaned up, you could not tell they were there. Overall, very satisfied with Westfall roofing. My roof looks great and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Roofing Consultant Cameron Smith came to my home and provided a detailed printed proposal and answered all my questions. The estimate was comparable with the two other companies I met with but Westfall Roofing had a dedicated team of installers trained specifically on the Owens Corning shingles that my wife preferred the design and colors of. The installation team arrived on time with the The site supervisor Sonny explaining the process and plan for the day. They removed and replaced the roof on our 2300 sq ft house in one day! They were considerate and had covered the pool area to ensure an easy clean up. I definitely recommend them and were very satisfied with the results.

Great experience all and all. One glitch with the roofing crew using front grassy area for lunch and breaks, but as soon as it was communicated this was not desirable, the issue was handled. Roof looks great and the crew cleaned up exceptionally well. We are pleased with this service. Many thanks to Manny who was our first point of contact. Added bonus is their estimate was noticeably lower than competitors for same quality of product. When seeking bids, add them as one of your three to obtain an estimate.

Bruce gave a very impressive presentation. One of the best my husband and I have seen and we had at least 4 other companies. No one showed up with samples or even brochures.Westfall was very competitive in price. Gave a detailed breakdown of our cost. Jacob followed up weeks later to make sure he went over our color choice and asked if we had any other questions. Everyone in the office were very pleasant and kept us informed as to when someone would be showing up. Simon was our foreman. Simons crew showed up by 7:30 am and went right to work, only stopping for lunch and continued working until 7:30 pm. Simon was on sight every day inspecting the work and answering any questions we had. Simon listens well and is open to any ideas that we had. We especially appreciated the idea of having a safety manager come around to make sure everything was done properly and safely. He would make sure the crew had water so they would not become dehydrated. We would recommend Westfall to anyone without hesitation. Great job to all!

My experience with Westfall was wonderful. The company and its people were professional in every way, from start to finish. Louis and Westfall Roofing we're excellent. Our initial salesperson Manny did a great job of going over the entire process, what materials were used and the method of installation of our new roof. Scheduling was easy and the roof install itself took just over half a day. They took one gutter down and properly reinstalled it which was nice. They cleaned up the area very thoroughly as well when they were done. Louis walked me through the final product and made sure I didn't have any concerns. Highly recommend.

But when we compared the things they do include with work and compare with other companies , you can find the answer of your question. After we decided to go with Westfall roofing ,we signed up the contract. In few days they did the pre installment inspection. They called me ahead of time and provided the roof installment date. At the day of the project whole crew show up on time and did very good job with team work. During the installment supervisor and team leader were also doing good work and keeping eye on to keep everything smooth. Roof installment was finished in one day as they estimated. They did very good work after installment for cleaning and checking around property for any nails or debris left behind and did proper salvage. Westfall roofing team is very good and provided quality work. Now they have scheduled wind mitigation with third party company as it was mentioned in our contract. Westfall roofing is very well organized and I would definitely recommend others to go with them. As I mentioned earlier they are not cheapest but this kind of project requires quality work as you not doing it very often. They also provide the option where you can get extended warranty where you are covered for labor and material for several years. I am really impressed and wish them all the success for the future.

First, their represetative Garrett came in and went over all the aspects of the replacement of the roof from the removing of the old roof to the application of the new materials with demonstrations of the products being used and explaining how each procedure would go. They gave me a timeline of within four to six weeks of replacement and where here within 3 weeks. The job supervisor Louis explained that the crew was very good and have been with the company for some time. The replacement took three days to complete and I'm quite satisfied with the outcome.

I was extremely grateful to Westfall for doing a portion of my roof that the con artists had conveniently told me nothing about when they were putting up my shingles. The only reason I hadn't used Westfall was because of an unexpected communication error, which I fault no one for. Just wished it hadn't happened. So even though they had not performed the whole roof, they were gracious enough to come do the portion that the con artists had left. Everything they said they would do, I believe that they did (can't climb on the roof). The leak problem is fixed and the work they have done is backed up by a 15 year warranty. I am VERY grateful to this company and I would HIGHLY recommend them. There's too many cowboys in this business and Westfall ISN'T ONE OF THEM. Beginning at the initial sales call to the final walk thru with the company rep everything was performed in a timely and professional manner. The workers were amazingly quick and thorough. I was extremely impressed. Included in the price was a separate wind mitigation report which I forwarded to my home owner insurance carrier, from which I received a large discount on my annual premium. Remember that quality does not cost it PAYS

Wife and I are selling our house. They came out and told me they couldn't do the what I needed done for my house to pass inspection because they have a minimum price requirement of $600. Then the guy took pictures of what I needed fixed and said he would talk to his boss and get with me and let know what his boss said. I never got a call back letting me know what the deal was. Dealing with Westfall Roofing was a fantastic experience from start to finish! K.T. estimated the replacement of our 25-year-old roof. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and thorough, and answered all of my questions. Everyone I dealt with at Westfall throughout the process made it very easy. It was a two-day job due to the fact that I had a lot of damaged wood. The crew arrived on time both days and did an incredible job of removing the old shingles, 3 layers of tar paper, all the old, rotted decking and trim, and replacing with new plywood, fascia, trim and soffit where required. The new shingles went on very quickly and look amazing. Watching the crew work is truly a sight to behold! Very fast and efficient and obviously extremely skilled at their trade. Project Manager Sonny kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful, explaining what to expect at each step. Replacing a roof is a major investment and a little bit daunting, but everyone at Westfall made it as painless as possible. It is very obvious that they take great care and pride in what they do. The work was done well, the workers are punctual, and the customer service is friendly. My one gripe is that during inspection a secondary leak was missed in the same area as the first. The damage was not as apparent on the secondary leak, so I offer that as a possible excuse. After discovering that there was a secondary leak when I saw water coming in from my roof I contacted Westfall. This was 6 days prior to my scheduled repair (December 22nd). I was hoping to avoid a second day of work and potentially higher price of repair. Unfortunately there was no follow up on that request until I brought it up to the gentleman who came to do the work. While that may have been due to the holiday, it would have been nice to get a call to try and either delay installation to have everything done, or agree in principle to have it fixed and bring the materials needed to complete the full job. From what I can see the installer did a good job. He managed to pull up my existing tile roof without damaging any tiles. The office is courteous and helpful, and workers are punctual when they say they will be somewhere at a certain time. I just am just disappointed by the lack of follow up, and the missed secondary leak, so I won't give a perfect score.

Westfall replaced my existing roof due to age and leak damage. They were able to work with my schedule to be home during the work and took great care to prevent any damage to my property. The work took one full day and the site Supervisor was very informative and kept me up on how they would handle the exit and clean up. He returned the next day to go over the work they did and how they reduced my costs by using partial sheets of the plywood to replace my water damaged areas. I was very pleased with the way they did the job and a follow up Wind Mitigation report will be done to present to my Insurance Co. which will help to keep me off the cancel list with them.

They were very efficient and quick. Responsive to all my questions. Wood repair was well done where needed, cleanup was excellent. Brian Hughes gave a good quote within a few hundred of final invoice - we had a lot of wood repair needed. Foreman made sure I was happy before closing job site. Would reuse and recommend.

Westfall Roofing filed the permit with the county before the work started and when the work was done they called me to inform me when the county would be here to do the final inspection and sign off on the permit. I really enjoyed doing business with Westfall Roofing, the process was painless and I highly recommend them.

We entertained a number of roof replacement estimates (all were of comparable value). Our decision to go with Westfall Roofing was due to Josh’s expertise and professionalism as well as his explaining the process to us in layman’s terms, and the ease of financing available to us. Our decision was cemented when having our questions/concerns etc answered/handled by Justin, Chad & the office staff. When we couldn’t decide on color choice of shingle, we were given previous completed homes with these colors to view for a better perspective (outstanding customer service!!) When the workers began(on time), they finished when their portion was completed (regardless of time on clock), completely cleaning up debris etc from plants, driveway etc. Hector went over all items with us (ie inspections, wind mitigation ) Upon completion, there were a couple of “items” that needed to be to be “fixed”; Jeremy took care of these items, & our remaining questions were answered from his wealth of knowledge. Bottom line… we definitely made the right decision to use Westfall Roofing and will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roof repair/replacement.

I called Westfall for a quote on my roof installation. They were very responsive and were right on time for the appointment. It is possible that I could have gotten a slightly less expensive quote from another company, but I believe that the premium service I received from Westfall was well worth it. I also believe they were very fair and did not try to "up sell" me on anything. They kept me informed on each step and answered all my questions. When they found some complications they gave me the options and explained everything thoroughly. They checked in with me during and after the installation to be sure everything was done at the highest level.

They cleaned up the area very thoroughly as well when they were done. Louis walked me through the final product and made sure I didn't have any concerns. Highly recommend.

The staff was very punctual and professional from beginning until the end of the project. The roof insulation seems to be a very good quality and it was completed very quickly. They even assisted me with financing options. We highly recommend them for any rough project.

They also carry Owens Corning Shingles with beautiful choice colors for our roof which is hard to find in Florida. The communication was good and responsive to requests. Installation supervisor was easy to reach and on top of the job. The crew was not as careful as they might have been which resulted in a few small leaks. The company has stated they will make it right and I believe them.

From start to finish, everyone was friendly, helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and concerns. They did a great job. My roof looks terrific. I expect it to last a long time.
