All of the staff at VanDyk mortgage were very helpful and went above and beyond so I could close earlier due to my work schedule. I appreciate everything they did for me and my family. The process was very easy and they answered any questions I had and walked me though the process. I 100% recommend VanDyk mortgage.

They were very responsive and kept me up to date about my case status throughout the whole process. I purchased an investment property with my husband in Blairsville, Georgia. We initiated our loan with Brian P. Forrester out of Florida since I've worked with him in the past as a Realtor. We were directed to Van Dyk by a friend who spoke very highly about them not just for service but after his extensive shopping on rates. He worked with Shawn as did I. The service here is flawless, very smooth and streamlined. All communications were handled extremely responsively. Our Real estate agent who had not worked with Van Dyk before asked me where I found them and commented how good they were without being prompted as apparently there are a lot of unprofessional ones who will miss timings etc. She was very impressed with them. And even after all business was done and the loan completed I asked for guidance on a renovation loan and was well taken care of immediately. I have not worked with any other mortgage company in my life so can't compare to others but this experience was ideal. I recommend without hesitation.
