They are so nice to get you a loan but once you get it woooww how it changes. You can’t pay over the phone and ok I have been late and pay my late fees all the time. Now I’m trying to pay off and they ask me “are you sure cause if you pay off I’ll have to report you to the credit bureau”. Thanks for the amazing customer service 👎. Never will I use these crooks again!!! Ohh you get a check as payment but you have to pay them back in cash how annoying!!

Found myself in need of a small loan after paying some car repair fees. So I applied Online at western finance. I was contacted by Antonio within an hour and he was extremely courteous and professional. Called back spoke to Daniela also very professional and kind. DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They extremely overcharge on interest fees and dont explain how the warranties work even though they charge you for them. I got a switch and a 2 year warrenty and ended up paying over 1200 for it without all explanation. It broke instantly from adult used and the new claimed product they sale is used!!! Took my broken switch to get looked out and he told me the system was used!! Now they wont refund me anything or do anything to help fix the issue!!!!
