Great staff. Great energy. Really chill. Bob is great super sweet super talkative good personality. I come here kind of often and it's really nice. They always give advice and let you look at thing behind the counter and if the box is already open they let you look at the product. They also have warrantys on items that you buy.

You take your stuff to pawn. Your pawn deadline has passed. You lose your stuff.... Sometimes your items have sentimental value. What i appreciate most about Bennys is that they will call you when you're due date has passed. I have been to lots of places that won't even give your account a second glance and just like that you lost your stuff. Bennys has amazing customer service. You can even call and extend or pay your items over the phone. Most places won't even do that and require cash. I highly highly recommend them for your pawning needs!!!!

Been going there for years to buy anything from salt and pepper shakers to guitars. I recently went in looking for jewelry and found some very nice pieces for a heck of a buy. Rudy is always ready to help and give the best advice possible. Highly recommend this place.

Last week my drill broke. Went to see a drill at Bennys and as soon as I picked it up to test it I had a person standing over me, but not asking if I need help though. When I place the item down they tested and checked the connections in front of me as soon as I set it down . I tested 2 more times and again. Never asked me if I needed help , following me through the store.Instead I went next door to Lowes and bought a new set instead.

They’ve had great customer service every time that I’ve gone, very clean workspace, and the people are very welcoming.

My dog had to have disk 4-14. In ordered to pay the bill had to use some items and staff worked with me!
