Check `n Go N Mesa St, El Paso

I never thought I would need a payday loan, but when I did, Check ‘n Go and Debra has me covered. Process was quick easy and painless with zero judgement in a relaxed atmosphere. COVID19 hit our family hard and while we are waiting for unemployment to kick in, I know I can go to Check n Go! Thank you again Debra for everything that you’ve done. I especially like the P360 that allows your customers to see all of their transactions with your establishment. Do not get ripped off by the others. Come to where you are actually cared for and treated rite!

I called today around asking for a loan, Lupita took care of me in a very profesional way. The process takes a few minutes to fill out all the paper work. I got approved for $2,500!! One of the best loan service experience I’ve had!

Have been a customer between both Lee Trevino and Mesa for almost a year. Both locations have been amazing. Very detailed oriented! They explain the full process to ensure there isn’t any miscommunication. Samantha and Monica are amazing at their work in the Lee Trevino area! That’s where I originally started but due to work and location I have transferred to the Mesa location. Today I had the pleasure of working with Debra she was super patient regardless of a major rush. She was very considerate and acknowledged every single customer and keeping status with them. She got the work done and helped me with my refinancing.

Although the lady was nice when attending me, she took a while when attending me. I got there at 10:35, I called ahead of time to ask how long it would take to be attended, 30-40 minutes was what I was quoted, when I arrive she took priority over people who showed up after me, which I was understanding since she was the only person working, but that ended with me be attended for a total time of an hour and 20 minutes. She also made me put a review for the store in front of her, once I opened it up, she clicked on 5 stars, which is why once I left I needed to edit my experience there.

Very friendly staff. Debra was the representative who helped me both over the phone and in the store. She did a great job of effectively answering all of my questions and explaining my options. You go Debra!

A woman by the name of Debora was assisting me. She wasn’t very nice and seemed to have a hard time handling difficult situations under pressure. She would obviously display panic and to me showed that she is quite unprofessional. I told her from the very beginning I had an account that I’ve used in the past through the online website. She said if that was true then she should have found it on their internal system so she then quickly began an application to start from scratch. After wasting an hour of my time, it occurs to her to finally let me know that this has happened in the past and if I have an online account then that isn’t the same as having an account with a brick and mortar store. And now I have to wait for the account to be set up by returning more information by mail. I informed her from the very beginning my purpose for arriving to the store in person was to be assisted that very same day. She did not inform me of the possibility that this would not happen. If she would have warned me from the beginning I would have just applied via online like I’ve done in the past.

Carlita is very helpful and she really finds ways to help you. Carla and Selena are very professional.

Debra was very polite, and knew exactly what she was doing. One of the best customer services I have recieved in a long time.

I've been a regular at the Mesa store for quite some time. The staff there always greet me with a smile and call me by my name. I appreciate the bottles of water and candy that Debra leaves out for the customers. Both employees know exactly what I need and do their best to get it done quickly and efficiently.
