    The cashier was unprofessional. I went there to cash my check she asked where did I get my check from. She made a called and told me I have to wait til Monday to verify my check. I didn’t like her attitude she was starring at me. I felt profiled because the amount of money I had. Everyone is not a crook. I will never go back to this currency.

Unfortunately, the check cashing approval process does require our staff to obtain background information to assist the approval department with check verifications. Please understand that these questions are standard for all check cashing approvals. This however, does not excuse the manner in which you felt the transaction was handled.     OMGGGGG I called here today with a general question that i needed help with, which i was clueless, Yolanda picked up the phone and answered all my questions, told me exactly what i had to do and OMG she was AMAZING!!! I can literally hear in her voice that she had a smile the whole time!!!!!! I am a Customer Service Rep and i love to help people but TODAY i was blessed to have had Yolanda to help me!!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Yolanda you are amazing!!!!! 🌹🌹🌹🙏🙏

    Been coming here since 1998, the ladies here are great. I am usually helped by Yolanda or Diana and if I lived closer I would definitely come here for all their services.

    I gave this place 4 stars bc there wasn't any customers. I wasn't greeted with a hello nor thank u. I've visited this place b4 n was always greeted. Maybe she was having a bad day. But she can't steal my JOY.💖

    I went to this currency exchange after my horrible situation on Kedzie and Elston. With covid, I get there's been a lot of delays and leniency with things. I needed new plates but everything has been shut down for months due to COVID. The previous exchange didn't even bother to double check information since my car is a lease, and with covid and postal, I couldn't get the actual title. I think her name was Yolanda and I'm so grateful she called to confirm if my docs were okay. The other one on kedzie/elston just didn't go the extra mile and if I had taken their first answer, I would have waited another few weeks to get my registration together. Thanks to this location who went up and beyond.

    so went to this location a few weeks ago to see how much it would cost to take get my title transferred from out of state and tags and they wanted to charge me $700...went to a different location and paid $325...stay away
