I just want to say how much I appreciate Ricardo in your loan department. He really went above and beyond my expectations in helping me with some issues that I had involving a loan at a different credit union. This was a lot of work and probably out of the realm of his usual activities but he took it on and provided me with exactly what was needed. Major kudos to Ricardo and all the staff at Westedge!

I have banked with Westedge for years. It’s awesome to work with people who know their customers and care about them as individuals. I have accounts at other banks but never receive the personal feel that you get banking with Westedge. I highly recommend them.

Moved an auto loan over to them during one of their promotions and it was a great experience. The people here are friendly and easy to deal with. I had a great, seamless experience moving my loan over. I also got a better rate and $200 cash for doing so! Their online banking is functional but feels very old school. The one thing I wish they would do is integrate with Mint budgeting software.

I love the financial care taking these fine folks do for you.. by name they know you. By way they direct you.in ways you understand.. not a number but real

Excellent service from a great Credit Union! We screwed up and didn't do some paperwork necessary to sell our car. 20 minutes before the appointment, we realized our error. Went to the credit union and they took care of everything quickly, including giving us the paperwork necessary to avoid having to go back to the Department of Licensing! Over and over, they have provided excellent service and great products. Great Savings and Loan accounts, good interest rates, etc!!! I highly recommend West edge!

I would like to give the highest star rating possible to Jesse. She has been such a pleasure to work with, and has been so prompt in getting back to me with answers to all of my questions. Jesse was so quick to respond to me every time I would email - It seemed like I was her only customer, yet I know these are very busy times for banks! Ricardo was also great to work with! Both of these employees deserve recognition for their outstanding work. They have represented WestEdge Credit Union very well.

Despite being a smaller credit union in town, they are so great! Low rates, easy process, great prompt service. Jesse in the loan department was not only quick in the response but was willing to work with me in my situation for my benefit. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them and Jesse!

Been banking with WestEdge C.U. for 4+ years, as long as I've been in Bellingham. Can't say enough good things about their customer service and ease of doing business with. From loan specialist to tellers, always friendly and helpful. It's also nice that in the time I've been dealing with them I see mostly familiar faces.

They're a great bank in MOST aspects, but there's a few places they REALLY drop the ball. If you intend on using your debit card overseas or to import anything, they will immediately lock your account because their third party security thinks it's "suspicious" even if you have ordered from the SAME place before. On top of that, they have no idea how to fix it until at least a day or two passes and it shows in their system. Keep their ridiculous overzealous security in mind if you decide to use them and DO NOT rely on the money in that account, because they lock it for practically any transaction they claim is "suspicious". Amazon. Amazon was another charge that was "suspicious" 😑
