So I go in to pay $100 just so my husband's gun will still be his for a couple more months, and talk the guy down 2 $15 for an internet router from the $25 it was listed for. I open it up when I get home only to find this $7 sticker from Valley Village on it. I wonder if they ever opened it up when they bought it from the person? Hoping they will match this price. Ok so, most of my experiences with Bellingham pawn have been positive. We have been a customer for over 2 years now. I am not a picky person, I never have problem with price like some other people have said, and i think the shop is great. Most of their employees are very nice and helpful , regular people, but I've had bad experiences with one older lady. Now she's not very nice, polite, or welcoming. I feel as though I am a burden to her. I always treat people as polite as possible , I'm a very soft spoken and never give people attitude and I would hope people would treat me like I treat them, but this was not the case. At first I though maybe I got a bad attitude because she had a difficult customer before me, but its every time I have interactions with her she acts as though she had the worst day ever. Now there's people who expect a high level of customer service and I am not one of them, but this lady makes me feel bad, makes me feel put down or a waste of her time, at times even makes me feel as if she thinks I'm stupid. And I don't like feeling like that anywhere but especially at a business. I don't know if she dislikes me because I am young or how I look? But I still always try to be nice and polite even if its not reciprocated . Everyone else who works here is amazing! Very nice and understanding. So just avoid this employee if possible, but I do recommend them because of how great I've been treated by everyone else.

If you are looking for quality guitars or basses this is a wonderful shop. Their prices are fantastic and they will let you try out the amps and electric instruments so you know what you are getting. I am so pleased with the Ibanez guitar I bought the other day. If you have someone who needs a good to great (inexpensive) guitar or bass you can't do better than Bellingham Pawn.

Done a fair amount of shopping here. Every time I’ve been in, the employees are completely professional, very nice, extremely patient, and know just about ANYTHING about products they have like the back of their hand. The owners are also very personable and friendly and will answer any in-stock product-related questions or even questions on products not in-store with total courtesy and care. On top of these points, their prices are awesome and the items purchased here are consistently in fantastic condition! Overall, very satisfied with the service here!

Great folks Great service and knowledgeable! my only issue is they never called when my background check cleared I ended up calling them. To Mark the place could really use a new coat of paint on the inside possibly try different lighting if that's an option for ya just some friendly advice, its kind of gloomy in the shop in all honesty, ill come back I ain't picky I just know that'd help you draw in more customers and pay for itself.

Would not recommend going here, they'll rip you off if they think they can get away with it.

Great customer service. The guys working the desk were willing to negotiate the price fairly. Made sure the product I purchased worked like it should be fore I bought it. Good atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

Had a great experience! Called before I came in and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. We brought in some items and they were super helpful and friendly. We got a great price for the items and were glad we called.

I've been doing business with Bellingham Pawn for at least twenty years. They have always been very nice and helpful. Hell I'm terrible at remembering dates and I would call them on a regular basis to check my tickets when I had them! I would have driven myself nuts but they were always nice about it. A couple of times I even realized I was due to pay but was as far away as another state and they were good enough to wait because I am a regular customer. In the good times I go there to buy things from them too. They are always friendly and willing to negotiate within reason. I've had nothing but the best of experiences with them since day one. Reading some of the comments below it occurs to me how seldom people leave comments when they have something good to say but are always quick to blast when they want to say something bad but the people at Bellingham pawn are people like anywhere else. If you treat them rudely or with disrespect you might get the same. It's that way everywhere. Do unto others... There are going to be people who dislike this business simply because they lose something to them due to their own irresponsibility or because they don't want to give them what they feel it's worth. Those people need to remember that there wouldn't be pawnshops if they did that. They have to sell it for what it's worth plus or minus a little bit or they would make no money from it. These things are universal. All pawnshops are this way. All people are this way. That said I think I'll go pay them a visit today! 😁
