They have missed picking up my recycling multiple times lately. I called to see what was up and they said the pick up guy just forgot my street…again. I get it, mistakes happen. But I asked if I could have a refund since I’ll have to drive my recycling in myself now. She said no, because recycling is apparently free with trash services. No apology, or even reassurance they wouldn’t miss my street in the future. She seemed very annoyed that I expected them to provide the services they claim to provide. Seems like they’re working harder to keep their sub 2 star reviews than to serve their customers

Horrible. Our county has allowed for this to be the only service available to residents and businesses in Lynden and thus you're stuck with their highway robbery charges. They know it and tell you to "Call Around" like it's going to do any good and then they're rude because well why shouldn't they. You can't call anyone else.......This is criminal.

Does not follow covid-19 protocol. I was unsurprised to see customers not wearing masks in Lynden, but the employee was not wearing a mask either and rolled her eyes at me for being the only person wearing a mask during a pandemic. If you care about your safety, go someplace else.

Not enthused at all. Lacking in customer service, and doesn't care for customers one bit. We are in the process of moving, so needless to say we have trash. Yesterday we had noticed half of our bin was emptied. No, it wasn't packed, we had loose items on top that could be moved by touching it. I checked it myself. The following day, today, I called and was told to bring it there. I'd give 0 stars if possible. She apologized, like it was protocol, but to me if you're apologetic, you show it with actions. They refused to pick up the remainder, even thought trucks drive past our house twice to service the other side of town.. we pay full price for them to do half their job, and wasn't offered any sort of help. They cheat you of your money. I will be buying a trailer and doing business elsewhere.. again, I'd recommend you do the same. NOT worth the money

We’ve had no issues with the garbage pickup service but we haven’t yet received a bill and cannot get ahold of the office. I constantly get a busy signal. How are your guys’ phone systems that old?

People don't typically leave reviews on expected service. They will use their service for years and then something negative happens more than likely a misunderstanding of the company's policies, and they leave a negative review. In my 16 years of service with them they once didn't pick up my plastic recycle tub. I used a tub, because I had more recycling than normal. I went out to collect my bins, and my tub that they had left a note on. It said something like tub needs drain holes, so it doesn't fill with water. My first thought was it would have been faster for them to empty the water and take my recycling then to write a note. Looking at it from their side if my tub collects water so do the contents in it, and they are probably going to get wet from dumping my water soaked recycling. I remedied the situation, and didn't blame them for a misunderstanding on my part. My garbage gets picked up weekly even during inclement weather and on holidays. I appreciate them for doing a great job doing the expected.

My 80 year old father called to complain they were letting trash fly out of the back of the trucks, so this month when they came to pick up the garbage, they left our bin 20 feet down the bank. He had to go down and get it out of the ditch. I do not recommend.

Simply HORRIBLE. There's really not much else to say, but apparently we're stuck with them....too bad there isn't competition in this arena

Literally the worst customer service. Was just hung up on twice. Unbelievable. I hope that woman gets fired. Laziest drivers. Refuse to pick up our recycling for weeks if your cans are literally 1 foot too close to the house. They can’t move their feet another foot and pick it up?? Lol ok. The woman on the phone oh my god so rude and condescending. This place is ran by incompetent morons.

The girls that work there have the WORST customer service skills I've ever encountered. The owners are despicable humans. If you don't have to don't use them make the trip to ferndale and drop off yourself. Much cheaper and more pleasant experience.
