I must admit, this company puts on a good show. Unfortunately, I have been waiting since November to receive the last of my vacation fund. Granted it's not a lot. However, it's the point. I sent the paperwork they requested. A month later they said they were backed up. Thet claim it was due to waiting on verification of still being employed or not. Here it is April and still nothing. Now there's a new person there. Poor girl was very nice. Unfortunately, she said she might need to send me another form. This will take yet another month before I would possibly get my month. At this point, I must agree with a previous review. This is to convenient. There professional approach is poor at best. I would never use them again, nor return to the areas that use them. Just close your doors and go home.

Tony and I have been members of the West Penn P&P Federal Credit Union for 50yrs+. We’ve trusted this Credit Union with mortgages, car loans and various accounts and have been faithfully and honestly served!! PS Really like the layout and graphic design of the new website!

Be careful everyone. They try to not answer the phone and not return your phone calls because they want to keep this money as long as possible. I have left numerous messages and I’m in the process of reporting them to the proper officials because they will not send me the forms to close my account and get my money that is there. It has been four months and I cannot get my money that is in that credit union. I know for sure this is being done intentionally to keep our union funds because I have been calling and leaving messages for four months now .If this is happened to anyone else let’s start a class action suit

By far the worst banking experience since I’ve been banking at age 18, 43 now. Bank operates in the Stone Age , they send me mail with other peoples checks in it, they lost my check in the mail, made me drive 6 hours because I have to cancel that lost check in person , charged me $40 for that. And after my 6 hour drive after calling them for a week I arrive, sign the form and the manager says I don’t have time for this. Absolute zero customer service skills from the manager

Horrible customer service all around. Very rude and angry empoyees. If you’re not forced to have an account here, don’t bank here.

This place does not deserve a star..this place should not be doing business for any union especially Ibew. Customer service- Horrible Professionalism- non existent Trustworthy- I’ll trust a baby with your money before these folks. Up to date- Stone Age This is by far the worst banking experience I’ve ever encountered. There is no continuity between the savings fund to this credit union…you can wire money from one account to the other.. they lose your money.. to request money they have to send you a check god forbid it doesn’t get lost cause then you’ll have to fly or drive wherever you are just to cancel check and then charge you 40 bucks to reprint you another check… This place doesn’t need to be in business.. they are not equipped to handle the volume of customers they are getting from shell project in monaca. Pray to god they won’t misappropriate your funds!! F this bank

Very unhelpful, unfriendly, and slow. Bordering on rude. And they charge to give you copies of your own documents!!! Would be negative stars if allowed.

I had an account with West Penn P & P for about 8 years and in 2009 I opened a CD with them and deposited 10k. This year I decided to cash my CD out and notified them in advance of the maturity of my CD so it would not renew automatically. When my CD matured this credit union closed my CD account, printed a check (of over 10K) and mailed it to me around May of this year. I never got the check and contacted them inquiring about it. They had no means at all of tracking that check. We confirmed that all the information and address were correct. I was informed that they were going to mail me a document to put a stop in the payment of the original check that I never received and that I had to pay a stop payment fee of $40. I also requested that when they mailed the check again to send it certified mail because I wanted to be able to track it so the same situation wouldn't occur. I was charged an additional $6.11 for the certified mail. My complaint is that tWest Penn P & P Federal Credit Union took no responsibility for the loss of a check of over 10 thousand dollars that they mailed with a simple stamp, and I, who had no responsibility for the loss of this check, had to be financially penalized for an action taken by the credit union, not myself.

They were supposed to send me a check on December 8 I have yet to get anything and will not answer the phone
