PNC Bank 3rd St, Beaver

Went to open an account the teller asked us to have a seat waited five to ten minutes when were told we had to make an appointment. However it appeared to me that they had staff available to assist I guess it’s the new way of doing business.

They legally steal money from you. If you are poor they will steal every last penny you have too your name and then add overdraft fees. I do believe we paid the bank in over 1000 dollars of overdraft fees because they can change the date of things that were taken out and put the highest first and the lowest last causing us over 4 overdraft fees that weren't supposed too be there. I am switching to a credit union and recommending you never use this bank specially if you live in poverty, forget this place. They treat you like an endless money pool, meanwhile you can't even afford to buy milk because they stole that money legally.

This is the absolute worst organization I've ever dealt with. I had a business account and after holding 40k of MY MONEY they refunded it to customers and left me to figure it out. Vincent, their business account manager, was so unhelpful I cant put it into words. My employees are missing their last check before christmas because of this bank.

Slowest drive thru ever. Covid pandemic or not, 10 minutes per car is unacceptable. One of these cars has been holding up the line for 30 minutes.

I have consistently positive experiences at PNC. The staff at the Beaver office are always pleasant and helpful.

Every time I am there they are super nice and helpful. Oh and patient. They have helped me with things that I had no clue how to do, like transfer funds to Japan and get Japanese Yen. They take their time with you make sure things are done correctly and efficiently. Tellers are always friendly and don't rush you, even on a Friday. This is the only branch I will go to.

From the moment you walk in and are greeted and directed to the appropriate place, until the moment you leave-it's utter brilliance! Cozy and inviting atmosphere, yet still manages to retain a feeling of business-like professionalism. I did suffer from an overdraft fee once that I think was unfair. My online me bank statement said I had money available, I went to the movies and it was overdrawn? $36 later, I learned to DOUBLE CHECK. Hmmm...Still-excellent customer service and I wouldn't knock them too hard over one silly mistake (although on who's part the mistake was is still a mystery!) All the bank tellers are super friendly and can get to know you on a first name basis-if you're there often enough; )

Walked in to make an account and was told it was by appointment only so I wait 3 days for this appointment only to arrive exactly on time to be told Nicole wasn't available and would get to me when she can. Whats the point of making an appointment if I'm just going to sit around and wait?

I agree with Veronica, do not use PNC they are a scam. I invested money for 5 years, and now I cannot withdrawal the money... it's my money!

The staff is always unfailingly pleasant.
