I'm giving 1 star rating to West Mortgage group because of broker Dewa Dutt. This guy has disclosed my tax information to my acquaintance and distant relative. This a violation of National Association of Realtors code of ethics article 1. I highly recommend to not to do business with this company since Dewa is the senior broker with no moral or professionalism. Get your loan through a bank and avoid broker fees :)

I highly recommend Michael Buccella for your mortgage needs. He helped my wife and I understand every step of the loan process and clearly has a wealth of knowledge for his profession. We have used Michael for our initial home loan and our refinance and we feel like we had the best rate and the best experience after both scenarios. He will shop your rate to the best of his ability and is always available (I know I wouldn't have had the same communication line with a bank). Russell Conness was definately a GOD sent blessing to our family. We had been working with another loan officer for months and were getting nowhere.... we were very frustrated and angry with the process .We decided to move our paperwork to West Coast mortgage and somehow ended up with Russell. From day 1 He was always available to answer all my questions, explained things in a very clear and professional manner, him and his team responded very quickly to any situations that came up but most of all I am am beyond impressed at how fast my loan got approved and closed.
