Wescom Credit Union W Chapman Ave C, Orange

I have been with Wescom since 1999 and it's by far the best bank. I like all their benefits: Coin machine changer in the bank that you can use for free. You get 2 free notary republic stamps per year. I never have to pay any stupid fees. I think the longest I waited in line was 4 minutes, but that was on a Friday after 5pm. Everyone in the bank is so super nice, no matter what branch you visit. One day I lost my debit card so I went to the bank, they canceled the card and gave me a new card within 10 minutes. Awesome bank! Awesome service! Wesom, Rocks!

I bank with a credit union that's located up north and has no branches down here so banking for me a bit difficult because I have to find a branch that is willing to work with me. Luckily, Wescom and a few other branches are in the co-op network meaning they play nice with other credit unions and I can do my money business here with no issues. I recently moved to the area so I needed to quickly locate where my nearest co-ops are. This one isn't exactly close but it works for what I need.

Wescom has one of the nicest and accomodating staff. This branch can get very busy but under the pressure they still maintain a professional and warm attitude towards members.

I am so glad my boss told me about this great Credit Union, and love there service! My son open an account also and is very happy!

Wescom Credit Union was one of my first banking choices, I have always loved walking in to a local branch to do business. Until, recently I had to resort to this branch for window customer service. All I wanted to do was cash a simple check, never the less it is fight for a simple transaction. After 25yrs with them I keep an INACTIVE account, just in case they start treating their customers with some RESPECT!

However I am a costumer who go to Irvine branch in Orange County all the time, but I really like the Wescom credit union in general - I recommend this credit union to everyone for all financials from car loan to home loan and even checking account and more...

My experience was generally positive. The wait was not very long and the teller that helped me was fast and knowledgable. The processes of what we needed to do seemed to take longer than expected but the experience was generally positive.

So far its been great got offered a good interest rate for a debt consolidation loan I'm looking forward to Westcom being my primary source of banking and the staff was very friendly got a loan and opened in account in less than an hour

I always go in a hurry and they are so tentative to every detail the branch is clean and every employee is friendly and helpful they even have someone opening the door to welcome you inside the branch I'm lucky to be a member! Love this branch
