Wescom Credit Union Pico Canyon Rd, Stevenson Ranch

They declined my auto loan because there were too many recent credit inquiries lol I even told them I was shopping around other banks. They were within a week period and they still refused an auto loan. I have a 790 credit score. Their loss, I financed through Premier America FCU with a 2.75% rate.

Absolutely amazed by the excellent customer service that Wescom brought to the table! Over the phone Natalie was extremely transparent and to the point, the entire process was both organized and surprisingly simple! I was offered an approval at a way better rate to refinance my auto loan, on top of that I was approved for a credit card! At 21 years old this entire process seemed so complicated and difficult with other credit unions I had went to, including logix! After confirming my approval I had gone in to the branch, upon arrival I was paired with Greg who made me feel at home and welcomed! He had an answer for all my questions, and was extremely friendly. Overall I am more then satisfied with my decision to bank with Wescom! If your looking for a credit union look no further!

I would like to thank the staff for welcoming me with open arms. Shawn and the Branch Manager were very friendly and made me feel right at home. I felt like I was a part of a new family as I opened my new account there. I used to work in a bank and now work for StateFarm and know how important customer service is. They are amazing! I’m so happy the branch is also open during these difficult times. My current Credit Union has its doors closed and now transferring everything over to Wescom! Thank you for having such an amazing staff!!! I will refer all my friends!

Started a CD and now I'm All set!

I've been with wescom for about 10 years now, they have always helped me out, when I've needed it, I'm so glad I switch from Wells Fargo when I did ( too many fees),

5 decades of better service and less fees for every little thing. Plus higher interest makes this bank phenomenal.

Always easy to do transactions there!

Two Decades Banking Here! Why bank with the Rest, when You can bank with the BEST!!?! At least that's how I feel about this particular Wescom Branch. As much as I miss Brooke, I know she had to move on to Bigger And Better things. Stop in and see Americus, Jennifer, or Any of the tellers/bankers here and prepare to be Wow'd!! Never mind calling 888-4-Wescom, whom the reps that answer, just so happen to be in SoCal!! Wish Citi, Chase, Wells, BofA would follow suit, but alas, they Never Will be Wescom! As far as 'Lee Ea's ' review is concerned, perhaps one of those aforementioned banks are better suited to You? In addition, in Your daily life, perhaps try this... Use the 50/70 rule: maintain eye contact 50% of the time when speaking; and 70% when listening. It May Work Wonders for You! I'll be in the branch in about 30 minutes (May 7, 2019 about noonish), If you need some additional pointers.

Always feel uncomfortable and awkward to go to this branch because all the employee always keep staring at you when you go inside the bank and rude tellers
