Vanessa helped me today, and it was really nice to put a face to a name. I had spoken with her on the phone the other day. She was very courteous, extremely professional, and super friendly. Visited the Newhall location today and worked with LaRisha and Vanessa. They made my experience easy and complete. I’ve been to this location multiple times and today was the best experience. They both mentioned that the company was hiring and invited me back to apply. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a short term payday loan. I was greeted very pleasantly right when I walked in. Went in to get some information on getting a loan. The customer service rep (I believe her name was Marissa) was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Great customer service!
