I read a lot of these peoples comments and laughed. First off, any company that approves anybody, has their ups and downs. They probably get a lot of disrespectful callers all the time. So give them slack. Also most of you probably wouldn't be leaving a comment with a low lack credit score. If you make your payments faster , it lowers the interest rate. So the longer it takes you to pay, the more interest rate you pay. This isn't rocket science. I feel like this is more on the customers than on the company. If you had poor customer service during covid 19, that would explain the lack of response. Also don't call a company a scam, when they approved you. Do your homework first. :)

somewhat frustrated with this company. I have tried a few times in the last couple of days to resolve my account and I feel like I keep getting the run around. my account is paid off but I am somehow accumulating fees. I just want to close my account and be done. The manager who seems to be on lunch or not in or aware that im expecting a call then out for the day still has not called me. Really its very simple and I just need to resolve the account. they haven't reported my final payment to Experian and now I have a balance showing on my credit that has been paid for a couple weeks now.

Of my experience with Sabie, I can not complain. Everyone I've spoken to at Sabie has been very professional, polite, and helpful. I guess making your payments on time gets you that kind of treatment anywhere not just with Sabie. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is the high interest charged, but other than that....EXELENT!!

I just made a payment over the phone, normally I make it in store, I was aware of the over the phone fee to make payment, so it was a choice. The representative I spoke with was very polite and efficient! I see a lot of negative stuff on here and thankfully I have yet to encounter any similar complaints!

I call to make payments and no one picks up.. In order to make my payment you get assigned a rep to do it if shes not there i dont get to make payment Website is not working so i either have yo drive to kevin jewelers or take a 7.50 charge over the phone i cant wait to finish my payments sabie sucks

Let me tell you, if I can get these scam artists ZERO stars I WOULD! I called to talk to a representative about my account cause I was in a financial bind. I told the representative, TERRY WAS THE NAME, that I couldn’t make my MAY payment cause I had an accident in the beginning of the month so I couldn’t pay it The representative told me that I can make the payment the following month in June and ON MY CREDIT REPORT both months would show ON TIME for both MONTHS. I checked my credit report mid-month of June and May is late. I called and nobody got back to me so I call and I was transferred to someone named BRENDA. She basically told me it was nothing she can do about it ALTHOUGH her fellow co worker TERRY said that they would change my credit status for that month. So the messed me over and dropped my credit score and don’t want to fix it. DONT FINANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This company will flag your credit before your even 30 days late, which causes my credit score to drop, they never done it before and I’ve been with them for almost 3 years, why going into the 3rd year they start flagging my account late? Disappointed in them, I will not be in business with them after my account is paid off.

Horrible, would give negative stars if I could! I paid off my balance in April and I’m still getting charged and threatened to a collection agency. How do you add fees and interest on a paid off balance

I received an email with account info and such I have never heard of this place and live on the other side of the continent. Called, sounded friendly.... Apparently I have an account with them. We will see how it Pan's out. Already called BBB.

Scam! I bought a gold chain wanted to pay for it in cash , they told me that it would be better to finance so it could build my credit so I did and the interest rate are very high so I went the ex Tom this to pay it off and close my account now it’s racking up fees , when the account is suppose to be closed
