I have bought many homes over the years and this is the first time I've worked with Roxana Gatch at WeMortgage. From the get go I felt she was not pushy or (salesmany) and did a great job of getting to know me and my wants of what I was looking to accomplish. Stay away from this company, just a slick bait and switch operation. My first rep Jane "left" the company, then her husband took over. He was fired for fraud a month after my loan closed, obviously the terms were not what he said. Alex, the owner, calls to hear your story, gets all the info. Ok this part is brilliant, then he calls back on a recorded line and says completely different info. This is a well polished, efficient fraud machine

Janie was a phenomenal help throughout my whole loan process. She was informative and really took the time to walk me through all the necessary steps. She never faltered at any question I had and made sure that I fully comprehended the matter before moving on to the next step.
