If I could give negative stars I would. If you’re looking at solar and this happens to be the lender.. run as far as you can away.. even into traffic if you have to. I moved into a home almost 3 months ago, I’ve yet to receive a bill from them and as of 3 days ago over 60 days of my closing date of my house the Solar JUST went into my name. They’re trying to send the old homeowners into collections and a day, ONE DAY after the Solar going into my name, they’re trying to send me to collections and hit me with 3 months of payments. This place has AWFUL service. They received all the paperwork from escrow and said they didn’t get it due to lack of checking mail because of COVID. So now that happens to be OUR issue because they were negligent.. this is just a BRIEF description. STAY AWAY. They’re all incompetent and have different BS to say. Find someone better if you’re looking for Solar.

First time home buyer. The service my husband and I received from Goodleap was exceptional. We started our mortgage process with a different loan officer and lender who had us bleeding money while they made zero progress for nearly two months. Thankfully my father-in-law found Lisa from Goodleap. Within a week, everything was on track and we made more progress than in those two months. Impeccable service from day one. Lisa and her team went the extra mile to complete our loan on a time crunch. They were able to secure us an affordable mortgage as well as correcting mistakes made by the previous loan officer. Communication was professional but it also felt like talking to a new friend. That positivity is what made our experience stand out as something memorable. I highly recommend Lisa Nielsen to anyone applying for a mortgage. Yesterday, my husband and I picked up the keys to our dream home! Thank you to everyone at Goodleap who was involved with our loan process 😊

CJ was AWESOME! He was very upfront, told me exactly what he could and could not do. He didn't over commit but most importantly he did what he committed to. Although I was dealing with a different situation and circumstances, he worked hard and did everything he said he would do. I really appreciate everything he done and enjoyed working with him.

Goodleap also know as Loan Pal are Terrible!!! I have had the worse experience with them in so many ways possible I cant even list them all! It makes me very nervous getting solar again on any of my other houses. I warn everyone away from this company. No one is on same page with things over there and there list a mess.Dont be surprised if they over bill you. As well and then have people calling to put you in collections over money you dont owe. If I continue to have issues with company there will be a lawsuit involved.

Simon Heng and his team were amazing in helping me get my mortgage refinanced. I am very thankful for all the work they did. Loanpal is great in getting loans processed and very online friendly instead of having to set up meetings and go places to get things done. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new loan or even refinancing a loan to try out Loanpal. Every step has been full of explanations and information as to what is currently going on and what is to come. Thank you again for helping me out and getting me the best deal

Our experience started out last year when we put $50K in solar on our home. This went great-no issues at all. Then we got a call in May to see if we wanted to refi our home with them. The lender James Higgins was great to work with when things were working out. The second our loan wasn't approved I literally couldn't get anyone to respond. I found out the reason our loan wasn't going to pass was because our house was entered in for far more than what it was for to be initially approved. We bought our home for $300K just the year before and the appraisal came back at $387K, which I was excited because I thought that was great. So when I kept calling and emailing over and over to have someone explain why it wasn't approved that is when I found out that it was entered in for a value of $485K to initially be approved. Every website showed the max value of my home at the time being $411K, no where close to $487K! To top it off, someone from the solar side called me a few weeks back trying to get me to Refi again. Do you guys not use a CRM system and even know what's going on with your clients?! When I said I had a horrible experience with it he talked over me and still tried to sell me on it. Zero regard for customer service, simply a sale. I will never do business with this company ever again. I hope they are looked into for Reg Z violations.

The Loan Process was simple & easy, however I made a duplicate payment to put us ahead on the account & they sent me to collections for non payment. I Have been trying to get this resolved since March of 2020 without resolution. First I was told that I did not make a payment at all in the month of February then I was told they did not have a record of a duplicate payment in February so I provided confirmation numbers for both payments directly off of their website and screenshot it. That was not enough I was asked to provide copies of my bank statements to match the confirmation that were provided so I did this & Was advised the supervisor would be contacting me no one has except to ask for collections. My most recent conversation and trying to resolve this, was today. I was advised that yes in fact they do now see that I made a duplicate payment however they said I was behind for the month of October. I was very bothered by this new development, so I went online and provided proof with my October billing statement and confirmation number that a payment was in fact processed. After I did this the representative agreed that she made a mistake and overlooked the payment. This is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional I've been promised a call back from escalations numerous times and no one has reached out to me except the collection department. I am not behind on my payments I have never been behind on my payments and in fact I am one month in advance maybe someone will see this review and finally decide that the right thing to do would be to reach out to me directly as I have been requesting since March of 2020.

I originally financed my solar panels through loan pal and struck up a conversation about maybe refinancing my home and putting the solar panel package in the refinance. That's when the representative at the time told me about the other side of loan pal that does home refinancing. He put me in touch with Nathan Sanders. I discussed what my needs were with Nathan and he got the refinancing going. He made every step of the financing painless and was always a text or call away. He got back to me and told me the options and got me a great interest rate and a lower payment. He was honest and upfront from the beginning. I am very satisfied with the whole thing.

Sara and Brandy were very kind, courteous, extremely professional. Sara was our first contact her warmth, professionalism and knowledge made it very easy for us to understand and process what was needed for our loan. With no face-to-face meetings the process seemed seamless on our end. Communication was extremely important to us Sara and Brandy 'knock it out of the park". Kudos, Kudos to both of them. Great team. Happy that we got to meet via email and phone calls. :)

Justin Caruso was very professional, his customer service as well as all of the other people that helped me with my loan were great! Everyone kept in touch with me & kept me updated on a regular basis. It was a very quick & smooth procedure from start to finish! Thank you!

So I purchased solar panels a couple years ago and the company that I bought the solar panels from used this company. Now originally and even on the contract it says that within 10 days of the solar panels I can cancel everything with no penalty, after 10 days I can cancel but I would have to pay a reasonable amount for the labor for them to come and pick up the solar panels. I’m going through a situation where I can’t deal with the payments anymore and wanted to see about canceling or removing the solar panels to a different residence. First when I got the solar panels and they went through this loan company I was harassed for several months almost belligerently because I would not combine my mortgage with the solar panels because I have heard nothing but bad things about this company regarding home mortgages. And second. Apparently even though that stuff is on the contract, they do not fall under the contract which means apparently my options are either whoever gets the house has to assume the debt, or I have to pay off the solar panels in full even if I try to move them to a new residence where I could continue making the payments they will not let me unless I pay it in full. I do not recommend using this company for anything.

I really would not recommend doing a loan through this company. Your loan officers will act like they are here to help, and be super friendly. But when it actually comes to closing the loan, they will disappear off the face of the earth never to be heard from again. It's such a shame and so unprofessional. My refinance started in February and literally just finalized July 29th because of their poor service. Refinances should not take almost 6 months to complete and 2 different loan officers!!!

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Was initially told that I could bundle my solar loan with the mortgage and ended up cancelling the refinance after months of changes from the company that no longer made the terms appealing. I was promised an interest rate match if I could show another company provided a proposal and I showed proof of this. However loanpal began to twist numbers around and ended up saying they could match an offer I was given but I had to pay “points” to make this happen, which didn’t seem okay when I was promised a match. Obviously there were hidden strings attached and this was too good to be true. Once credit scores came back there were more speed bumps and apparently my case was no longer a priority because communication declined drastically from the company to move forward. I was encouraged by loanpal to try and boost my credit by taking out a credit card which led to points decreasing because of the hard inquiry. This was supposed to help boost the score from what I was told. As the process kept moving along with more changes to the terms due to appraisal figures coming back not what the company expected, there didn’t seem to be any thing they could do to help close the deal and there was lots of misleading information and false hope up until the end where i had to cancel the file. There was even an unauthorized change to my mortgage insurance lender that I now have to go in and switch back to my original current lender, which is very inconvenient. The lender specialist was a nice guy overall but no longer seemed interested in helping me get close to the terms i was originally told about, which is technically false advertisement with the solar bundling as that isn’t a guarantee and should probably be told to families that they reach out to.

The company guided me through the refinancing process from the beginning to the end. They are customer friendly and never shy away from answering hard questions. The company, especially, David Rose, was always providing sincere updates. I recommend Laonpal to everyone who desires customer friendly financing.

Working with GoodLeap was a very seamless and smooth process. Nathan was extremely attentive and made sure we hit all of our milestones on time. 10/10 would recommend GoodLeap and Nathan Sanders to anybody looking for a refinance.

Loanpal did a great job for my refinance. There were many problems along the way, especially with the last mortgage company, NewRes. It took five months to get the payoff amount and other necessary paperwork, but Loanpal was right there helping me, standing with me all the way. The loan finally went through, thanks again to Loanpay. I highly recommend them.

I have been wanting to refinance my home for several months now but was dreading all the hassle and hoops you have to jump through to accomplish a refinance. My daughter referred me to LoanPal and told me they were not your typical refinance company. I contacted Justin Parker at LoanPal and was very impressed at Justin’s knowledge and expertise of the home refinance business. Justin made the entire process not only simple but assisted me through all the parts of refinancing I was dreading. He got me a great interest rate and saved me a lot of hassle and time. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had doing a home refinance and feeling good about my decision. I have referred two of my neighbors already and will refer anyone else considering refinancing their home.

I had originally went with a different company and was left knowing I was not getting the best option. After canceling with Company A, I came across Loanpal, working with Rick throughout my entire process, I knew I was getting a great refinance rate. My payments were smaller than we originally thought and I had a great interest rate. I am very pleased with the process and closing. Lindsey also helped to finalize my work and these 2 are a great team.

Horrible company to deal with! I have paid off my loan back in November 2021 and its still shows on my credit report as unpaid 2 months later. I also asked them via email that I have paid off the loan please remove 30 days ago, they confirmed it was paid off and still NOT removed. I had to dispute now with Credit reporting bureau but it takes another 30 days. I am so disappointed with this company. They are HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL! PLEASE FIND ANOTHER LENDER for your SOLAR or Home needs!

If you ever need to refinance or a mortgage. Kyle Meluch is awesome to work with. I will be keeping his number , if i ever need to again. He made the experience of redefining so pleasant. He is an amazing Motgage Specialist. Thank you for all your help!!

William Goode Jr. has been a blessing to work with. He is professional yet friendly. He takes the time to answer all of your questions upfront and in a way that is easily understood. The whole process, from start to finish, on our refi was a great experience.

Richard Krauss was amazing! He bent over backwards to make things happen, and did not give up until we were complete. I would advise anyone refinancing to seek him out!

Can't seem to sell my home because of them... They turned down my buyer, even though they qualified for the home and have good credit score. I had another buyer who could have qualified but they were an investor. their assumptions department failed to divulge that info in their assumptions email.

Cory and his team at LoanPal recommended to my wife and I that we could refinance our home and include the new 25 year loan for our new solar panels within the refinance. They worked with us and we were able to get a much lower interest rate than our former mortgage with a term similar to what we had remaining. They saved us money and were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional, and gave us excellent customer service.

William Goode is the best Loan officer to work with. No matter your situation he will work for you to get the loan you need. Loanpal is a great company. I have worked with him before and very pleased. The entire staff is great. Monique who processes the loan keeps you informed. You can always reach them or leave a message and they return your call. Give them a call today.

I had a great experience with David Roose and Loanpal. From the time I received a courteously call from Loanpal about, "existing offers", until the moment my refinance closed, it was an easy, painless process that saves me hundreds of dollars every month. I was able to secure a great rate and combine higher interest loans together in one, much lower, payment. Achieved everything I was hoping for. Thank you David and Loanpal!

Everyone I dealt with was very professional. They communicated throughout the entire process and made it very easy and painless. I had zero stress during my refinance. Thanks to everyone for the great experience. I highly recommend Loanpal!

Cannot speak highly enough about everyone who helped us. Nathan Sanders helped us to get our home refinanced. The Loanpal team made the entire process so easy and efficient. Nathan and his team handled everything and were so helpful and great to work with. I really appreciate everyone being so quick to answer any questions we had and easy to get a hold of. Wish we knew about Loanpal sooner, will definitely recommend this team of absolute professionals !

If you're making payments on a solar system and have contemplated purchasing your system outright, why not take advantage of the record low rates with Loanpal and their Go Green Solar owners Home Refi program. I recommend getting on contact with Michael Banach at Loanpal. Michael and the rest of the Loanpal team were top notch. Everyone we encountered was detailed, professional, and easy to work with. 5 Star service all the way!

Justin & the Team at Loanpal are amazing! Truly one of the best experiences because they were truly interested in getting me the best interest rate possible and helping me navigate the process quickly. Amazing customer service! I would use Loanpal again and I highly recommend them.

Although there were many associates I worked with during the process, each was just as nice and informative as the last. They moved me through the refinance process with speed and impressed upon me the knowledge that I was making the right decision for me and my family.

This company was the most unprofessional and the most uncaring company I have ever worked with. I am a real estate agent that was trying to sell a home for a client that had solar panels financed by LoanPal. The buyer was fully willing to assume the loan. We got bad information, bad time frames basically bad everything from LoanPal. It took them over 6 weeks to approve and prepare assumption documentation. If the buyer had not been so wonderful the sale would never have closed. LoanPal had scared several buyers off prior to this buyer by telling them it would take up to 30 days to approve them. I can get approved for a solar panel loan in 2 days when they want your business, but after you are their clients - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU! If I didn't have to I wouldn't even give them 1 star. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Had such a great experience with Philip and his coworkers. Fast, efficient and thorough. I would definitely recommend working with Philip and loanpals for any mortgage and refinance needs. ***********************update*************************I had the opportunity to work with Justin for a second refinance recently and had an excellent experience. Justin was quick to respond and patient when I took longer than usual to decide on a refinance. His no pressure attitude was refreshing. The whole process took a bit longer than the first time but I’m thinking that was because of the pandemic. It wasn’t an issue either way. Just something I noticed because my first experience was SO expedient. I would be glad to use Loanpal again for any of my refinancing needs.
