    Wells Fargo Dealer Services Reviews

Paid off car 2.5 years ago, they haven't updated credit report. The hours listed here are wrong, don't match the ones on their newest website, which don't match the ones you get when WF bank tries to transfer you. When you do call the correct # it says that all reps are busy, call back later, and then hangs up on you. It's like they saw how bad their bank was, and thought they could do even worse.

Horrible experience and doesn't stand by their leinhilders. As repossessions do occur to the best of us during hard times. I spent thousands of every hard earned dollar I could come up with to catch up and reinstate my loan and get my car back. Only to find out upon picking my car up that those hired directly as "trusted" partners as stated by the office of the president and a useless, very incompetent gentleman named Jimmy had stated. After calling them immediately upon arriving at my car and reporting to them that my speakers, amps, extra battery, and other belongings had been stolen from my car. Furthermore my drive train was busted as I own a AWD car and the car was very clearly towed improperly. I called immediately and was told not to do anything but take my car and file a claim with Wells Fargo. Only later to be told that my car wasn't broken when I picked it up even thoughit was brought to their attention before the car was even picked up. They found within days that my belongings as I told them were stolen by their "trusted" partner Millenium Capital whom also were the ones who improperly towed my car but since they were "trusted" partners them saying they didn't make an error towing the car was enough to tell me tough luck. Despite the very clear evidence that my car had been towed improperly and ransacked by their "trusted" partners. I filed their claim to no avail and was left with thousands in damages including the drive train, and various other damage from them severely mistreating the vehicle. The office of the president and their representative Jimmy had to be called constantly and never contacted me as they said and never followed up or did anything I was told they would. I paid the thousands to get the car back thinking it was the same car I had but in the end was left with more issues and more bills. Not to mention a sour taste in my mouth from the way corporate America and the banks can just do as they please and integrity no longer matters in business. Would highly recommend that everyone use any other company for finance at every opportunity. So thanks Wells Fargo for kicking me while I was down, Ryan Black

If you bank with Wells Fargo you might want to think twice. If someone calls to report that you don't live at an address and that your card keeps going to their house, they won't do anything to help them. Not only that, the last four of your checking account number is printed on the letter that comes with the card and you can use that number to activate the card if you enter the last four of the social wrong too many times. Red flag much? Then, when they try to call the card activation number after being told by customer service they can't help because they can't access the card to report it lost/found, the robot activated the card and tells them that they'll send the pin number to that address and then drops the call with no other options. If the person who now lives at that address wasn't honest, you'd be screwed. Just an FYI if you're one of their customers. Oh, and the icing on the cake? The very first word on the letter in big, bold font? "Security."

I have always had a pretty good experience with WFDS. Even if you are behind on payments and keep good communication with them they are willing to work with you and make arrangements.

As long as you make your payments when you should I have found them awesome to work with.

I accidentally paid on a loan that I had with them that was closed. It was actually supposed to go for my new car loan with another company. I have tried getting in touch with Wells Fargo over 10 times now and the last two weeks to see when I would be getting my money back. All they keep telling me is that they sent a check to my billpay rather than sending it to me direct and it's been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my money back. Absolutely horrid customer service! So glad I no longer have a loan with them.

Unfortunately I had to deal with a first line rep and then his manager by the name of James who were two of the rudest, most unprofessional people in the business world I have ever dealt with. Where is the world going if this is going to be the 'new' definition of customer service? Note, this is the first time I have wrote up a negative review as I don't normally do negative write ups on anybody as I prefer just moving on but I have never been dealt with in that way as a consumer in my life. We do all our banking and auto loans through Wells Fargo and had a good relationship up and to this occurrence. I have never been treated as a customer attempting to be made the blame for a reporting error with no provided solution outside of it being my responsibility although told it wasn't but still have to pay the consequence for others mistakes. Also descriptions of the situation didn't match from one agent to another. I do however send compliments to another first line rep by the name of Jeremy and an upper manager by the name of Dan who eventually responded in a professional manner even if I still don't agree with the outcome. Thank you both for if it wasn't for you we would be switching our business elsewhere right away, which still might happen depending on how difficult it would be to do, but you helped dampen what is now a rather sour taste that is in our description of Wells Fargo Services.

This is the last time a buy any car that is financed through Wells Fargo. This is the third time, and I have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS! Rude, talk monotone reading from a script, don't know how to listen or answer a question. I will walk away from any car deal on the table if it goes through Wells Fargo.

PROBALY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. JUST PAID OFF MY AUTO LOAN AND THERE WAS 6.35 STILL OWED AFTER THEY RECEIVED PAYOFF. NOT ONLY DID THEY MAKE THOUSANDS ON THE FINANCING, THEY MADE A MOUNTAIN OUT OF A MOLEHIIL (6.35) WOULD NOT SEND TITLE UNTIL THEY RECEIVED 6.35. WONT BE GOING TO THEM AGAIN FOR A LOAN.
