Chase Bank Strander Blvd, Tukwila

I have visited this branch about 4 times and it has always been a pleasurable experience. So far, all the clerks who have helped me have been nice, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. I’m thinking that they should training to the clerks on other branches. I rather drive a little farther and experience their excellent customer service, than stay closer to home and have my blood pressure go up for the unpleasant service provided at 512 W Smith St Kent WA I think that the name of the clerk who helped today is Vy? I opened an account recently with this branch, I was greeted by and helped by Marlon. He was nothing short of terrific, truly exceptional customer service, I was floored by how attentive he was and helpful. I will be going back to him soon for more financial needs. Thank you so much Marlon

I walkd in right before closing not knowing and they didn't give me any attitude about they helped me and were kind this is why I love chase I have never had issues with them. Wonderful bank with wonderful people.

I was treated disrespectfully by an older Asian front desk clerk. All I did was a simple deposit. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. I'm never going back.

I always get the same cashier named wendy. She needs to work on her attitude. At first i thought she was just having a bad day. I felt like i was being followed through the store and she was yelling " hurry up and buy".

Really bad Customer service, I went there to open an account sat there for 40 minutes to find out that they could not help because they were closing in an hour. The agent should have communicated this before making us wait in the lobby and waste our time .

Turned me away saying they couldnt help me get some documents notorized. Told me to take them to fed ex. So i just took them to a different chase branch, to recieve exceptional service. Thanks for waisting my day and failing to understand your abilities as a bank

I attempted to cash a check here. They said they would need to scan my ID. I presented my ID and they told me no scanner was present. Not my fault they are unable to provide service, downvote.

I wana open an account so I just walked in and I met Mr.Marlon (Relationship Banker).He is smart and frendly. A very convenient service.

I never had any issues dealing with people in this branch. I was helped couple of times by Ceecee and she's always patient and friendly.
