    What they don’t tell you is that if their system decides to reject the transaction it will still charge your card and won’t reverse the funds immediately (that is what my bank calls “voiding a transaction”, rather than reversing (what they say they did, and takes 3-5 business days) I am not going to have any money by the time I arrive in country. I may not even be able to go. A trip of a lifetime, cancelled, and a major financial and personal loss because what I paid is non refundable. All because they refused to void the transaction (something my bank says is completely possible) they claimed the whole process is automated and they cannot help and will not contact anyone in their finance department to do something my bank tells me they can do. Please stop holding my funds hostage when you can void the transaction entirely. Edit: Thanks for the reply. Funds were returned 7 days later. I was buying Mexican pesos, through your website. I understand that you guys needed to have the billing address and shipping address the same, but when the transaction was declined it still took the funds from my account, I did not get my currency, and there was zero recourse but to sit and wait. This could be a major problem for customers that are buying a large amount of currency, have the funds taken out and not immediately returned. I think you should re think the automatic process you use to return funds for declined transactions. Voiding the transaction immediately kills the pending charge. I should be able to call and have the transaction voided the same day, rather than wait for an inflexible automated return process.

    I called to secure an unusual currency. They answered the phone right away, said they would have to order it, and they would notify me when it came in. They did! Right on schedule. Fee was reasonable and I was given the option of purchasing with credit card or cash. I chose cash, to avoid credit card fees. I would use them again because of courtesy and convenience.

    Quick and easy exchange, much cheaper than the airport. Would come again and recommending my family comes here before our trip to mexico in the fall.

    I just had the worst experience here. The person behind the counter had her headphones in and on her cell phone. I brought in Canadian change and British pounds. The woman said she wanted it sorted and only big coins. We said this was not mentioned on your website and she had the audacity to say "well I am saying it". Unbelievable. This place has piss poor service.

    They don't accept old foreign notes or coins. They might not take foreign notes that is older than 2012, if you have new current issued Uncirculated bills they will gladly exchange those. Expect -10% on exchange rate + $3 fee. They are convenient and fast, if you can't exchange at your own bank.

    I ordered what I needed online and got there on a Sunday right before they opened. Finally called after waiting for 15 minutes past opening and person that answered just said well it’s only a little past 12 so I am sure they will be there soon. Ummm shouldn’t they before before window opens? Other people started showing up too. I had to drive 40 minutes and had to get money that day, so I walked around mall. Someone finally showed up at 12:40. I guess it’s acceptable to go to work late.

    They take several days to get currency orders in, even though delivery to home is next day. This isn't listed on their website. Beware - it is NOT faster to pick up in person. Customer Service person working at the exchange I talked to was not at all helpful or sympathetic to the problem

    No one is at the counter during open hours. Drove all the way here from Tacoma to not get the services we need.

    This establishment has become my favorite place to exchange currencies. Their rates are the best in the area and ten times better than the airport. The process is seamless and Efficient. A big shout to Irena for always taking care of me there. The next time you have some foreign money in your hands go see Irena and tell her Frank sent you. You wont be disappointed

    What they don’t tell you on the website is that for anything other than the major currencies, you must place an online order 3 days in advance of pick up. This omission will cost me.
