Not interested in helping with notary, opening cking, savings accts. When deposits are above average, their banks services are not flexible. Felt unwelcome and ended my appt.

Rude and uncaring. That sums up my experiences at this location. If you want your banking experience to be stressful as well as insulting, run to this location. I would say Wells Fargo should be bending over backwards for its customers after the scandals that are still fresh in people's minds and victims still affected by their shadyness. Their smiley nice commercials dont translate to real life whatsoever!!!

    Response from the owner

I'm truly sorry you feel this way, Jason. I'd appreciate the chance to address your concerns and change your impression of us. Please tell me about your experiences in an email to [email protected], and be sure to mention your review and Google username as well (no account numbers). Very unprofessional. I went in to cancel my accounts because I am moving to another bank because it is better for my family at this time. Well I was standing in front of the teller withdrawing my money, a banker came to talk to me and ask if there was anything they could do to make me stay and why I was leaving. After I explained that I was going to Chase for reasons of my own she preceded to tell me about her brother in laws experiences with Chase Bank and was very unprofessional in her approach. She was (for lack of a better term) bashing on them and telling me how awful of a bank they were. It was very awkward. Very unprofessional staff, I'm glad I am done with them!

Why do they drag their feet sending a new debit card. It going on three weeks in my case, and the COVID excuse is worn out , other banks will service my needs faster too. Get this , it's negative PR. How could I refer any one to Wells?

    Response from the owner

I got great service. I usually do not care for banks. I just signed up for a new account and Dominic took good care of me. Everyone is very friendly. Not snotty like other banks. I would recommend them to anyone. Go see Dominic. He is very nice. He treats you like a real person. He came out and greeted me when I walked in. That is such a great feeling.

I've banked with Chase and BoA and this is by far the best service I have ever received. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was helped within 5 minutes. Dominic helped me open up my accounts and showed me all the different benefits they offer. His manager Berenisse was also very kind, as she went to introduce herself. They were on top of it, making sure we didn't need water or anything else while we were there. Definitely happy I made the switch.

I'm surprised to see that some people were treated badly. I've never found that to be true. In fact just the opposite. I hope it'll reopen!

    Response from the owner

I'm glad to hear it, DeAnna! Thanks for taking the time to share. -Casey, Wells Fargo HL Social

I've had to walk out at least four times because I could not get served. The problem is that the tellers and bankers encourage customers to tell their life stories regardless of there being other people waiting in line. It takes an average of 10 minutes just for someone to cash a small check because of all the talking and the slow pace at which the tellers move. Seeing a banker is even more painful, but at least you get to sit down during your wait. I just can't fathom why it should take one banker 45 minutes to help one customer while others are waiting to be served. I've been to other Wells Fargo branches, and the tellers can get me in and out in a minute, while the bankers at least make an effort to keep things moving. Why must the tellers and bankers at the Phelps Dr. branch know every detail about each customer and how their day is going? It feels more like a counseling office than a bank. If you're retired, have a lot of time on your hands, and enjoy telling your life story, this is the branch to go to.
